A hidden retreat set within forest and wild fields, it lies just 15 minutes from the Baltic Sea and a quiet lake. This carefully preserved 19th-century farmhouse offers peace, simplicity, and complete solitude, fully off-grid and without neighbors in sight.

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful house by the river. The house has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including three bedrooms, separate toilet and shower, a full kitchen with a large dining table and a living room with a fireplace in the heart of the house. In addition there is a wood-fired sauna and private access to the river, so you can hop right in from the sauna or take a sup-board or rowing boat and have an adventure on the water.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.
