Central detached house with normal standard in a nice neighborhood. There are four bedrooms in the house, two bathrooms with toilet and shower. There is also a laundry room with extra shower and an extra guest toilet at the entrance. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and two bedrooms have two twin beds in each room. There is parking for two-three cars with 1 EV charger available. The house is most suitable for families or groups. We usually live here ourselves, so private items are present. We have a dog visiting a few days per month.

You will need a car to get here, but in return you will live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique possibilities in summer and winter. If you want to stay rural but at the same time this is something for you It's not a party place. Animals welcome.

Walk for only 3 minutes and you can find Trondheim's most popular bathing area Korsvika, and you have the center and sunny side at walking distance. Bus stop outside the door.
