Vacation rentals with a pool in Mohican River

Long weekend with family of 6 adults and a 1 and 4 year old. The Farmhouse was fantastic….exceeding expectations. Very clean, comfortable, great layout, great location. Hot tub/swim spa were excellent for relaxing and spending time. Kitchen, house and yard well equipped. Many more positives - too many to list. We already booked another stay! This place was awesome!! The hosts were very responsive and helped with any questions we had! They let us see the dinosaurs which was really cool! We had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

Susan's house is perfect! We spent most of our time sitting on the beautiful porch enjoying the views. There is also a huge floor to ceiling window facing out on the water so if you end up with bad weather, the view from it makes you feel like you are outside (loved the swivel chairs right in front of it). The layout of the house is wonderful. We had a small group but if you have a larger group, you will have lots of privacy. The bedrooms and baths are all spread out in different areas of the house. Each bed/bed bath is very nice so no one will feel "cheated". It's also a good layout if you have someone in your party with mobility issues. My 88 yo mom was with us and she can't do a lot of steps. We gave her one of the first floor masters and she had no problems at all. The neighborhood is super quiet. No parties or noise at night. Being on a point makes you feel like you are the only one on the lake because you have the canals on each side and the lake in front. Highly recommend!

Everything was great! We did have to hunt down some towels and the lock to the game room was not working, but the host was extremely helpful and very responsive. Would definitely book with host again he was great! House was as deceived and perfect for our family that was in town for a wedding. Loved the kitchen and the ping pong dining table was a hit with our crew! Thanks for a great stay!

We had an enjoyable stay! The house was very clean and had everything we could need away from home for 2 nights. The pool was 80 degrees and perfect for our kids!

Beautiful home, and spa is amazing

This place is a great rare find airbnb in with swimming pool. Although we couldn’t use the pool due to weather staying under 65F, our kids did enjoyed enough of the hot tub. The rear view is beautiful. Even the dirt clearing side view from distance is worth watching. Free firewood is definitely a great addition. There were enough chairs and towels for 10. The beds and rooms were cleaned and nice. The only drawback was the sound of the traffic as it’s right on the road but we knew and didn’t bother much and owner had nothing to do about it. Parking was more than enough and finding the place was easy. We will be back with kids when the weather is warm enough for using the pool. Thanks Scott & Amanda for hosting us.

A great option for a family of parents, grandparents and siblings in town to attend Kenyon graduation!

These cabins are roomy and comfortable. Obviously we’ll taken care of. Perfect for families. We will be back!!!

Stayed here as a child and Matt had really updated the place. Wood floors. Roku tv. Sliding glass doors. The only thing is the appliances are a bit old so we had to run our clothes through the dryer a couple times and food cooked a bit uneven in the oven. But it was a wonderful experience. Quiet and beautiful. I will be back

Great place to stay for Kenyon College families. Not too far from campus.

Matt was wonderful. I had a lot of special requests due to the special occasion of my daughter’s graduation. Matt and his team were 100% responsive. It was a great trip.

Matt's place was very clean and roomy for the four of us who stayed there. The bedrooms were big, although the two guys who got the single beds would have liked something bigger. The kitchen had most everything we needed, except we couldn't find any salt or pepper. The living room was very spacious and could hold even more furniture. We also liked having the deck to sit outside, since the weather we had was about perfect. It was a little loud outside at times as the voices really seemed to carry out there. also, it's something out of Matt's control. Wish there were more courses in the near vicinity. we would really recommend The Pub in Howard. Great place to go in the evening. Thanks, Matt. Hope we were good guests.

This was a great place to stay for Kenyon Family weekend. It is very close to campus, and there was lots of room for us to spread out. The hosts were very kind and understanding.
