Vacation rentals with lake access in Mohawk River

Where do I begin... I've stayed at numerous Airbnb properties, but this one stands out as one of the most beautiful settings I've encountered. The views of the lake are breathtaking, and having direct access to it was a huge bonus. We made full use of the canoes and kayaks provided, enjoying them every day. My husband, an avid fisherman, was thrilled with the lake, calling it one of the best freshwater fishing spots he's ever visited. The grounds are impeccably maintained and offer plenty of privacy. Inside, the house is both comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small appliances you could need. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the linens are of high quality. The furniture is tasteful and inviting. Karen was a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and responsive. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend this place without hesitation.

Our team had an incredible stay for our Staff Workshop! The house was absolutely beautiful, providing the perfect setting for a productive and relaxing retreat. We absolutely LOVED our stay at this spacious and cozy Airbnb! Everything was in perfect condition, and the hosts truly thought of every detail to make our experience comfortable and enjoyable. The house was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed — from a relaxing hot tub and kayaks to a beautiful deck and a sun room. We loved the cabin! Nice and cozy and clean. The outdoor area with the fireplace and screened gazebo is a great addition. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen as well. Great stay!

Thanks Matt for hosting us. The Airbnb was located in a beautiful location with the lake just directly opposite. It was also a comfortably short drive to Saratoga. The place was fantastic and we had a great trip to Lake George. Grazia was incredibly accommodating of us having to cut our trip a day short and willing to refund us for a night when we had an unexpected family funeral to attend. We can’t thank Grazia enough for her hospitality and her flexibility and kindness during a difficult time. We hope to get back up to Lake George next year to enjoy her place and all LG has to offer!

Bills place is great. Perfect for a peaceful getaway on the water by yourself or with a small group.

Beautiful, lakefront home! All the amenities you would ever expect and more. Allie proactively communicated and the instructions were clear and informative. My family and I especially enjoyed all the outdoor areas-- the porch, fireplace and lake front.

Incredible Airbnb. You can walk everywhere in Troy from here and have a great view of the River. I stayed here for a full month and couldn’t ask for a better spot. Baptiste was very responsive and gave great recommendations all around the city!

I felt at home, the minute I walked in. The place was very spacious. I loved all the places I could place my items. I was looking for a place near water and this checked all the boxes. Can’t beat a hammock by a creek. It was close to all I needed.

It was a perfect place for 2. The home was beautiful inside and out. The property was well maintained and attractive. The setting was stunning. Having kayaks available was a bonus. Inside, nothing was missed. Communication was clear and simple; they offered good suggestions on restaurants and places to visit. Would definitely return!

We had a great weekend at Alexandra’s place. She was super communicative and helpful. The place is beautiful and comfortable with a lot of extra touches. It was a great spot for cross country skiing at Lapland Lake Center. We will definitely stay here again!

We travel to the area often and I think this is the best place we have stayed! The place was spotless, very nicely decorated, the beds were really comfortable, plenty of extra pillows. Bonnie and Dominic were very responsive and welcoming. I would love to stay here again!

This is a great place for vacation stay - clean and well maintained. Close to a lot of places, attractions, malls, and a variety of restaurants in the area. Joe is a great host - helped us with check in and made sure we are comfortable. We highly recommend!

Jemmas place was absolutely beautiful, the nature and the animals are so lovely, everyone on the farm is good people, very lovely over all would recommend!

The home is beautiful inside and out. The views of the lake were incredible! Kristine and David were great hosts! They had a bottle of wine and the ingredients for s’mores waiting for us upon arrival! It snowed our first night there (which made for gorgeous scenery), but that didn’t stop us from microwaving the marshmallows and enjoying the s’mores 😉. Snowfall, beautiful gas fireplace going, cup of cocoa and s’mores. Doesn’t get better than that on a Thanksgiving weekend trip. Also, I’m an early riser and the driveway was already plowed by the time I woke up. We are already looking forward to staying there during the summer!!! Can’t say enough good things about this place!

What a great property. Our pup and 11 year old loved the walking path, side yard and screened in porch! So very peaceful to enjoy our meals. Charming porch swing. The boy asked if we could decorate his room like the “diner like corner”. Very much needed relaxation for all. Highly recommended.

We chose this location for the lake views and we were amazed at how striking the place is. You have your own private access to the lake. I discovered my son loves fishing, and we are planning to give him the opportunity to continue exploring that new passion. Tammy was kind, communicative, and gave us very clear instructions. There are many hiking trails in the area, and striking views everywhere you go. I recommend Tammy's place.

It was wonderful! being lakeside with the help of the weather gods, it was PERFECT! Three decks ourside,kayaks avialable. Spectacular view ourside and from most windows inside. The resident duck tribe added to the natural beauty. Indoors, a clean, fresh feeling, comfortable furniture and beds. It was a home run as soon as we entered the door.

This was the perfect place to get away and make lasting memories with my best friend who’s getting married. We loved how close it was to everything and the food at the garrison was great. We were able to relax, play games uninterrupted and enjoy life story’s. I highly recommend this location!

An idyllic weekend getaway! The home was immaculate and well stocked. Jennifer was very communicative and quick to respond to any question that arose during our stay, especially with suggestions on where to eat! I would highly recommend staying here, and plan to do so again in the future!

Celebrated my 30th here with close family and friends. The view and atmosphere of Brendon’s home is beautiful.
