Very nice apartment, newly renovated, everything new with great taste and wonderful views. Near supermarkets and restaurants with no need to take a car. Lucia very pending and made it easier for us to access early. We loved it.

I will definitely be back in Suances and if America has her apartment available, I'll be there. The apartment is beautiful, with good views, and a good location (near the promenade). It has all the comforts to make you feel at home. He even left us bread, muffins, and coffee... all so that you can have breakfast the next day (and a few more days). America welcomed us with all the kindness in the world, explained everything about the apartment and its surroundings, and was attentive to the phone if we needed anything. We took home a wonderful memory and want to repeat.

The house is beautiful, everything is very new and tastefully decorated. Large bed and windows. The terrace has fantastic views. The hosts were kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times. We went with our dogs and they didn't charge us any extra, which is appreciated.

The apartment is just as described in the photos. Spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. It's true that you can hear the noise from the street, but as soon as it gets dark you can't hear anything. The garage space is spacious enough. A residential area very close to downtown and the beach. Highly recommended

There's not much more to add to my last review. After digesting this dream of apartment, the decision was made directly after 5 days to return here and enjoy an extended vacation. Of course, Rafael has done everything this beautiful place has to offer. His open and very polite manner completes my vacation perfectly. This airbnb is a balm for the soul!

The house was much better than we imagined. The service was perfect and everything was very clean and prepared. The only thing I think could be improved is the check-out time: it's usually at 12 noon and so there's more time to clean, but in this case it was at 11.

This accommodation is ideal, a dedicated parking, a superb view of the ocean, we had everything available, inside and outside. Remarkable cleanliness. We more than enjoyed our stay at Sergio's. Thank you so much for hosting us and kindness.

From the first minute I felt that I was in a fairytale house, everything was perfect, clean house, detail wherever you looked it was perfect, Ana was very nice when it came to helping, friendly... Riocorvo is small but very picturesque. Our stay was unbeatable. Located on the beach of Berria, (just 2 minutes from the walking sand), perfect for families who want to enjoy the beach or for surfers. The area is very quiet and noisy, but if you want more movement in 5 minutes you are in the center of Santoña where you have all kinds of services. The accommodation is equipped with all kinds of details, complete kitchen battery, internet, table rack and storage spaces. The beds are very comfortable. All super clean and well organized. Sandra is very good host, always attentive and available to make everything perfect and offering great recommendations on places to visit and restaurants in the area. You can tell he cares about every detail to make the experience unforgettable. I will definitely be back on my next trip, I recommend it 100%.

A place with incredible peace and very nicely located. If you are looking to spend a few quiet days, it is an ideal place. It is surrounded by nature, with the beach very close and very well connected to visit picturesque villages and eat in good restaurants. We repeat for sure!

The apartment is well located, in a nearby area, walking, in the center of comillas but quiet, close to the CA-135 to take the A8 and move around. The house stands out for its careful decoration, cleanliness and comfort of its beds. Communication with Nuria was easy, valuable and very pleasant in the deal.
