This apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The loft is located in the roof-top of an ancient house in a green residential area just outside Vienna. Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Und wenn Du die Großstadt Wien besuchen willst, dann nimmst Du von Mödling aus den Zug nach Wien und stehst nach 30 Minuten vor dem Stephansdom in Wien im Stadtzentrum. Direkt von uns gibt es zahlreiche Wander- und Mountainbikerouten, und viel Kulturelles zu entdecken.

Die Villa liegt in einer idyllischen Grünlage am Fuße des Maurer Berges, abseits der Straße auf einer Anhöhe. Das Apartment ist nach Süden und Osten ausgerichtet und bietet einen wunderschönen Balkon mit Blick auf die beeindruckenden, jahrhundertealten Bäume des rund 5000 m² großen Parks sowie auf den malerischen Wienerwald.
