The beautiful private beach and sparkling Gulf waters are just a 3-5 minute walk with no streets to cross! Our guests enjoy access to two swimming pools and spas, and exercise room right next to our 1st floor condo.

Welcome to Mobile! Enjoy this entire well maintained condo in the heart of Midtown Mobile close to three major hospitals and just minutes from downtown. Community clubhouse with pool, grill area and work out room is available. My bookings come with a welcome basket . It is available for short term and longer stays. At this time I am unable to accept local guests from Mobile. 21 and older please! I also have another Airbnb in same complex if this is booked - Gigi Midtown Getaway #2.

Summerville includes a pool, hot tub, and fitness room with the clubhouse. The condo open floor plan is spacious and you will love the large balcony. The kitchen, open to the living and dining rooms is fully equipped for all you cooking needs. There are two multi-charges in the condo and great wifi.
