The property is located in a family compound. It is in between tourist towns Moalboal and Badian. Big spacious lawn with pool and restaurant on site. The room has 1 king size bed good for 2 person. It has ensuite bathroom with hot and cold shower. Amble working space and dining area in room, WIFI, Television w/ Netflix and Disney + ready. Drinking water is provided, the room is equipped with a mini refrigerator, kettle and toaster.

A clear swimming pool is surrounded by lounge chairs and tropical greenery. The two-story building, featuring large glass windows, reveals an inviting interior. The contrast of the light blue water against the structure complements the vibrant atmosphere of the area, under a partly cloudy sky.
