Apartment vacation rentals in Moalboal

The room is pretty basic. You get what you pay for. But that's not what makes Ming Yang so special. The owners are literally the nicest people I have ever met. I got sick while staying in Moalboal, and they took care of me like family. The owners are both diving instructors. Even though I didn't take my course with them, they still gave a ton of tips and tricks helping me improve my techniques. They are also very approachable. if you have any questions, they're always happy to help. or if you just want to chat, they'd happily chat with you for hours. The owner's wife is also a great cook. She personally cooks all the dishes they serve in the small restaurant. And they are delicious dishes. All in all, the people at Ming Yang are what makes this place truly special.

great location if ever you plan to do Canyoneering Activities and very close to Waterfalls. Very Safe and Staff are very accommodating and Very friendly

We had a wonderful stay. John and his buddy Brian were incredibly generous, responsive, and kind. We'll definitely be sharing this experience with our family and friends.

Superb accommodation. The staff are very welcoming and always smiling. The location is near everything and quiet at night, so you have a good rest. We had a great experience and definitely recommend this place. ❤️

The room and the whole property were very clean and will maintained. Charlie and everyone else were very friendly. The room was exactly as in the pictures. The location is in a side street. Very quiet and central at the same time. We enjoyed our days and would surely come back :-)

Wifi it isn't very reliable nor fast. But good room, ok location. Booked activities are a little overpriced. Other activity buddies coming from other places paid ~25% less but it's good that it exists and still happy I booked it.

Amazing bang for your buck. It’s a simple place to lie your head down and nothing else. The location is walking distance from the bus terminal. A little far from the beaches, but they offer in-house scooter rental so that doesn’t really matter much. I had an issue with my hot water at 3AM and staff was there to look at it right away. Wifi was surprisingly fast and found it faster than the cafes I had planned to work in. Overall, can’t complain much at this price point!

Jeaneth and her team is very helpful to us since the start of our stay. They are very responsive to our inquiries, and they also have services that can take you within the area of moalboal. We really enjoyed our stay there and would gladly recommend staying at Villa Alessandra if you're in Moalboal / Badian.

We loved our stay here. All the staff were extremely helpful, super friendly and very efficient. Great having the restaurant on site with lovely food, especially the mango float! Super chill atmosphere and very private surrounding. It is ideal you can rent a scooter here as the accommodation is further out of the town centre. We also booked a day tour through reception staff. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

very friendly staff, they took very good care of my family. It is very roomy so if you have A big family this place wouldn't be A problem to accommodate. the location is perfect not too far from the beaches & night Life scene just take A trike bike if don't have A car for like 40 pesos.

The swimming pools are what made the place enticing for guests to stay in the place. It is somewhat a distance away from what most of the tourists come for turtle and school of sardines watching at the Panagsama beach. It's okay if the guests have private vehicle or can rent motorcycle. The caretaker and host, Kate, was very kind and helpful to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. She was also honest and frank on telling me that their place is somewhat far from the Panagsama beach before she even accepted my request for a reservation. It wasn't much of an issue for me because I brought my own vehicle. Overall, my stay at the place was pleasant and worth for what I paid for.

Charlie is a great host and really helpful. We had a great check in experience, he tended to our requests and was really friendly. The space is lovely and in a great location close to the main restaurants and bars in Moalboal, but still feels peaceful and secluded.

Charlie is a great, welcoming host. Answered all my questions and gave some useful advices. The room is exactly as I expected. Very clean (cleaned every day). Comfortable bed, room has everything you need. The house is located in a closed area, which is good, as it eliminates additional noise. All the key points of Moalboal are literally a few steps away. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

The place is nice and cute! Only 8 minute drive to all the bars and restaurants. The hosts are very accommodating and always willing to help. Will stay again if in town (:

I love staying at Villa Alessandra! I have traveled to Moalboal 4 times in the last 2 years and every time I stay here. It is so comfortable and private. The host is great, very helpful and friendly. In the last two years they have upgraded the property by adding a beautiful pool and restaurant area, which is awesome. I have stayed here while there were doing construction and it hasnt by too loud or affected my stay at all. The property has just gotten better and better. I also love that there apartment rentals have fully functional kitchens to cook your own meals or you can easily order from their restaurant. We enjoyed all their meals that we tried. Also, their fruit smoothies are great! They have staff now to help aswell and they were all very friendly and provide excellent service. I want to stay here everytime I come back. I highly recommend all to stay at Villa Alessandra!

My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay at Jeaneth's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt really welcome. The place was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. Jeaneth was so helpful, giving us great suggestions for things to do and making sure we had everything we needed. The staff were also really friendly and ready to help with anything we asked. Our hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. They gave us fantastic recommendations—from the best local restaurants to sightseeing tips—and made sure we felt completely at home. We couldn’t have asked for better hospitality and would highly recommend staying here!

It was great, located in the center of the town and super close to the diving area about a 2 minute walk to the diving area. It also had good internet. I plan on coming back again.

WOW! The accommodation was by far the best we had in the Philippines. Great, large apartment, beautiful complex (pool, restaurant, garden...), excellent service. Wishes and inquiries were responded to at all times. We felt very comfortable right away and there really wasn't anything that wouldn't have fit. With the tuk tuk it costs 200 PHP to Moalboal or you can rent a scooter through the accommodation (which, by the way, are also in very good condition). The food also tasted very delicious and there is something for everyone's taste. Don't hesitate to book this place - you won't regret it😍!
