It was wonderful and absolutely hassle-free. My colleagues and I stayed for work and it served our purpose in every sense.

This was my first Airbnb stay and I stayed with my family. First of all the property was great and we felt like home. The location is very near to the metro station. There is a park beside the property and my parents used to go there early morning. You get almost everything to buy nearby. The host, Vikram was very kind and responsive. He accomodated our request of flexible check-in and check-out. This was our best stay so far. From now on I am going to use Airbnb from now on for our upcoming trips.

We had a great stay at this penthouse in Kondapur. The location is excellent—close to all major stores and restaurants, making everything easily accessible. The penthouse was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely private terrace that added a nice touch. High-speed Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and cleaning services were available on request, which was very convenient. The host was extremely responsive, and the on-site caretaker, Srinu, was also very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Hyderabad.

The place was very clean and cozy. All the rooms were clean and well maintained . They even helped us with the luggage and was flexible with checkin and checkout times. Really recommend this place

What a place to stay at hyderabad and banjara hills got my heart and this place is just so so aesthetic so beautiful the outdoor sit-out is just so peace out there at nights i will definitely come back again for sureeeeee❤️ As i am an ocd person prem took care of extra cleanliness when i told him my condition thanx for that as well

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Dev's place. Check-in was incredibly easy with clear instructions, flexible timing, and a responsive host. The space was extremely clean, with a pristine kitchen, spotless furniture and linen, and a squeaky-clean bathroom, all free of clutter. Dev's description was extremely accurate, matching the photos and listing amenities perfectly. They were also friendly and always responsive. The location was perfect, offering privacy, great restaurants, just 100 meters from the metro station, and lots to do in beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend Dev's place and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful family holiday. The place was a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with clean functioning toilets. The staff were good. There was car parking. Overall it had everything to allow for a comfortable family holiday. There are eateries within close distance such as babai hotel and Panchakattu. Botanical gardens is close by. Gachibowli exit of ORR is not far away. There were other places we visited such as cafe Niloufer in hightec city.

We came from America. We wanted to get true Hyderabad experience and neighborhood. If you are looking for the heart of Hyderabad this is the place for you. The pictures are exactly how the apartment looks. Having a washing machine was a plus. You have your own entrance so privacy and safety is assured.Syed is very very responsive. He knows exactly where to go. If it comes to exchanging money, SIM cards he knows. He lives downstairs and doesn't mind helping. There's many Mosque very near and street food is very close. My wife loved that he catered to our needs, like where are the best restaurants, and stores, and that Syed had his place stocked with some personal hygiene products, my wife hurt herself while we were at a festival and Syed had a first aid kit handy which aided her in healing. You are truly in a Hyderabad, local neighborhood which I love. You maybe only foreigner in the general area, but this was a plus for us. For the price you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful, clean place for anyone looking for somewhere to stay in hyderabad. Similar cost to most hotels in the area but includes a kitchen, hot tub and balcony space. The team were very patient and friendly to myself and my friend also staying with me.

Awesome place! Central to lot of attractions. Just a short walk to Botanical Garden. Mornings and Evenings are a pure bliss!

Lovely decor and comfortable stay. Also, it’s close to the old town charm of Hyderabad, Charminar and other popular spots is at a 30 mins drive from this Airbnb. Ismail uncle as the host, was of great assistance with everything and very accommodating. We had a lovely stay.
