It is A Very nice and welcoming hotel, the staff in general is very friendly and the pool is quite spacious in which you can swim very well, especially because they have inflatables and towels for the guests to grasp quietly, i hope to be back soon!

This is a great location. In this COVID world, rest assured that all protocols are followed and the space is super clean and well maintained. I can't find any fault with my stay at all. Highly recommended.

Excellent location away from most of the noise of the city. The common spaces were more beautiful than the photos and the pool/hot tub was fantastic. The unit itself was also better than the photos; clean and big. Tom was very accommodating and accessible to the guests. Lastly, there is an eco filter water container in the unit for drinking.

I'm grateful to Giovanni, I stayed for 10 weeks and it was an incredible experience. Not knowing the country, he was very cordial as a host and gave me all the facilities and support to feel good. The apartment is very nice and comfortable, the place is complete with everything an apartment should have, the area is very safe, I enjoyed using the gym and the amenities of the tower. Recommended 100% and again, excellent human and host service. If I return to Guatemala I will choose this option since it feels optimally safe and Giovanni's personality makes it possible to have pleasant conversations and feel the warmth of Guatemalan people.

A laundry area features three washing machines and a dryer, each equipped with controls at the top. A tall cabinet with handles is positioned in the corner, and the flooring is composed of light-colored speckled tiles.

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. The host is willing to help and the manager is very friendly. The service is excellent. Super recommended and I appreciate the extra and flexible facilities they were.
