Juan was such an amazing host. He was very responsive, gave great suggestions to local eateries and outings, and was flexible with helping store luggage upon departure. The listing is exactly as described, with wonderful amenities and restaurants and shops in walking distance. The attendants at the concierge desk were also helpful in facilitating our stay. I couldn't have asked for a better host and stay for my first time in Guatemala City. I plan on coming back and rebooking with Juan, because my experience was so amazing. 5 Stars all around!

located in one of the best areas of Guatemala, a spacious apartment and they make it look luxurious with its amenities, the hosts respond very quickly and are very friendly, highly recommended

I stayed at Yesenia's apartment for two weeks, and it was a great experience! The apartment looks exactly like the photos, clean, cozy, and just as described. It's in a super convenient location, close to everything, and the secure parking was a big plus. I didn’t get a chance to check out the pool or gym, but the front desk mentioned they’re available once you register. Overall, my stay was very comfortable and easy. If I get the chance, I’d definitely love to stay at Yesenia’s place again. Thank you so much for hosting me!

Great value for your money if you have a big group of people. Excellent for a large group of friends who want to be close to the road to Antigua, the house is super spacious and is located in San Cristóbal super close to the Route that takes you to Antigua or San Lucas With 1 King bed and 2 other large plus a chair can sleep 7 people comfortably and even carry air mattresses and accommodate more people in other spaces. You can park 2 vehicles 1 inside carcha and the other outside in front of the house but since it's a closed residential both vehicles are very safe.

We had a nice stay at Heidi’s. It was very clean and comfortable. The building has lots of amenities (gym, ping pong table etc.). We would recommend staying here.

Our stay was very pleasant. We traveled with children and the small park just below the apartment was perfect for them. We were able to easily supervise them from the accommodation, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. The apartment is very well decorated and clean with everything you need to be comfortable. The area is familiar, safe and very quiet. In addition, there is a small store on the first floor of the building where you can buy basic products, which was very convenient. Carlos was an excellent host, always attentive and available before and during our stay. Thank you, Carlos, for sharing your space with us!

There's nothing Rafa's apartment doesn't have! Full kitchen with EVERYTHING, laundry area, iron, TV, fan, good wifi, shower with hot water, the building has a gym, reading areas, play areas, a 24-hour store, private and public parking, that is, EVERYTHING! I was there for almost 3 weeks and I never lacked anything. DELIGHTED! Super friendly and the place is beautiful! ✌️
