Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Mitte

We spent a week here as a group of 6 friends and had a fabulous time. The house was generous in size, well laid out and beautifully decorated and furnished. We made full use of the fantastic kitchen which had everything even a demanding cook might desire, and shared great meals in the gorgeous dining room (which can comfortably seat 10 or 12). Having two supermarkets (Aldi and another one) within 5 minutes walk was a real plus.) The three bathrooms were great and the beds very comfortable. (The 'toddler bed' is in fact a full size single bed.) Re location: it mostly took us close to an hour to travel by public transport to destinations in the centre, something to be mindful of. We'd warmly recommend this place for larger groups.

Everything was perfect. One of my favorite airbnbs that I’ve stayed in. Location was perfect and apt itself was in this wonderful secluded courtyard. Apt better in person than even the great pictures show. Will definitely be back here next time in Berlin.

Meine Freunde und ich haben uns in der Unterkunft super wohl gefühlt. Matthias hat das Haus sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und es gab vor Ort wirklich alles was wir brauchten, zB in der perfekt ausgestatteten Küche. Alles war sehr sauber und die Anbindung zu dem Haus ist wirklich gut, vom Berliner Zentrum ist man mit der U-Bahn und dem Bus schnell beim Haus. Die Kommunikation mit Matthias war einfach, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit. Ich kann das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Accueil chaleureux hébergement conforme aux photos instructions et recommandations claires.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour seul bémol les rideaux des fenêtres pas suffisamment opaques ce qui nous a réveillé dès le début de la journée.A mon avis un effort devrait être fait à ce niveau

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt in Berlin. Mit vielen schönen Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Wohnung liegt an der Hauptstraße, aber im Hinterhof, wo es wunderbar ruhig ist. Habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und schon den nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht. Klare Weiterempfehlung

Really responsive host, lovely place and vibrant location Check in at 6pm is quite late but was able to check in earlier at 4pm after talking to the host No complaints would highly recommend

Ich war schon öfter mit meinem Dackel zu Besuch und wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Gemütlich, sauber, alles da was das Herz begehrt und zentral gelegen für unsere Zwecke.

We were a group of 5 and had an extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay! The apartment was spacious and well equipped with everything you need and more It was also convenient and Stephan was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen und war sehr stylisch. Mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist die Wohnung sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Wohnzimmer schaut direkt auf die Torstraße, welche sehr belebt ist, trotzdem war es selbst in diesem Raum recht ruhig. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Fenster zum Hinterhof, der auch eher ruhig war. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach. Eine Verlängerung des Aufenthalts somit kein Problem. Check-in lief über Zahlen-Codes und war somit auch einfach. Das die Lage sehr gut ist, zwischen Berlin-Mitte und Prenzlauer Berg, versteht sich von selbst.

This is a great neighbourhood - a few mins walk to the train and just a wee bit longer to the bus - but that's also where there are heaps of shops and a great supermarket. The local Saturday market was a highlight and we enjoyed the local cafe with jazz we stumbled across on Sunday night. The apartment is well designed and equipped - I loved it. Beautiful linen on the beds - big comfortable beds, fresh flowers, good range of condiments. The location and being on the ground floor were the deal breakers. Im already planning my next stay (and will remodel my pwn bathroom based on this very funky one). We stayed 7 nights and the weekend (Fri/Sat) very noisey lots of street noise - however otherwise very peaceful. I'm already planning on how to come back.

Was the perfect place to stay in Berlin for a few days. Easy access to public transport. Would recommend.

Thomas war sehr aufmerksam und unglaublich freundlich. Ich reiste mit dem Auto an und hatte Schwierigkeiten mit der Baustelle am Funkturm, kam deshalb später als gedacht. War gar kein Problem. Thomas war sofort telefonisch erreichbar und hat gewartet. Die Wohnung hat einen traumhaften Ausblick…. Der Sonnenuntergang auf der geräumigen Loggia war umwerfend. Die Lage der Wohnung in Mitte ist einzigartig. Stadtspaziergänge ins „Zentrum vom Zentrum“ herrlich. Um die Ecke ein feiner kleiner Obst- und Gemüseladen, eine bezaubernde französische Patisserie, eine Meisterbäckerei und ein kleiner Feinkostladen. Tram vor der Türe und auch ein toller Späti. Historisches , wie die Bernauerstrasse usw um die Ecke. Was will man mehr. Ich komme wieder.

I had a great stay at this cozy apartment! It was exactly as described, with all the listed amenities available and in perfect working condition. The space was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. One of the best parts was the location - just a short walk to several convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants, which made getting around and finding food super easy. Overall, it was a great value for the price

L’appartement de l’hôte est impeccable, tranquille, intime, lumineux, devant un décor de verdure sans parler de la décoration intérieure sur le thème du cinéma français. À proximité se trouvent boulangerie, pâtisserie, charcuterie, fromagerie et épicerie grande surface en plus d’un marchand de vins. L’hôte nous a laissé des fruits, du yogourt, des fleurs fraîches et du vin. L’accueil est extraordinaire et très attentionné. Il est très facile de circuler grâce aux lignes de trams et au métro toutes proches. Nous retournerons sans hésiter à notre prochaine séjour à Berlin! Merci pour tout!!!

It’s a wonderful place. We all really enjoyed it. I wish we had time to use the pool more because my three year-old grandson had a great time in the pool. The nearby park is great for kids and has an interesting history. The only suggestion I have about this Airbnb is the glass table legs are really a hazard. My daughter in law and I both hurt our feet. I ended up wrapping towels around the legs. Also could use a hook or two in the guest bathroom there is absolutely nowhere to hang a towel. The nearby beer Garden with dozens of birds is great fun as well.

Hans and his partner were exceptional hosts, offering a serene and beautifully maintained space that provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and creativity. Their patience with my late check-in was greatly appreciated, making my arrival seamless. The peaceful surroundings and thoughtful touches throughout the home created an environment that was both welcoming and inspiring. I was able to write quite a lot. Thanks to the calm and comfort of their lovely spot. I highly recommend their place to anyone seeking a restorative and productive getaway.

Susan’s apartment in Berlin is a perfect gem with lots of space and lots of light. All of the plants and the photographs on the walls make the apartment very comfortable and you immediately feel right-at-home. The location is convenient to two U-bahn stations … and it is very easy to walk to Hackeschermarkt, Alexanderplatz, Museum Island, and even the historical sites in central Berlin. There are plenty of bakeries, restaurants, and grocery stores in the neighborhood. We can highly recommend Susan’s apartment for your stay in Berlin.

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Simon, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. His recommendations for places to visit were spot on, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our time in Berlin. We can't wait to return and experience more of what this amazing city has to offer. Spent 2 night at Simon’s house. Everything was as described. The house is right behind a bus stop. The kitchen had everything we would need. It was warm inside the house but there were fans. Would recommend to my friends.

I don’t even know where to start. 100/5 stars. This was the best AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in. Erzsebet and Andreas are simply lovely. It really was like staying with my grandparents. There is a lovely garden and the location is super quiet, yet very convenient to the airport. I rode there in around 30 minutes. It takes about an hour on Public Transit to the city centre. The flat is spacious and comfortable. The kindness and generosity of the hosts is absolutely amazing. Maybe I looked skinny after 10 weeks of Bikepacking - food kept magically appearing. Plenty of grocery and restaurant options in the immediate area. No issues with me having a bicycle with me either.

Beautiful house and area with several cafes and a park nearby, not far from the circle line and other transport. Recommended stay :)
