Mitten im Wald und nur zehn Gehminuten vom Müggelsee entfernt, bietet unser Haus die perfekte Unterkunft für einen Kurzurlaub im Grünen oder für Tagesausflüge in die Stadt. Auf 30m² finden bis zu vier Personen ausreichend Platz und mit der gut ausgestatteten Küche, einem eigenen Bad und Kaminofen, sollten keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Modernes Ferienhaus mit grosser Terrasse und Garten auf hinterem Teil unseres Grundstückes, nord/östli. Stadtrand von Berlin. Ein Schlafz. 2 Betten , Wohnzimmer 2 bequeme Polsterliegen, offene Küche, Bad mit Dusche und WC, alles mit Fußbodenheizung. Nicht für Partys geeignet. Großer Pool, nicht beheizt, von mitte Mai bis September geöffnet. Holzkohle-Grill vorhanden. S-Bahn S7 und Bus sind in 10 min. fußläufig zu erreichen und mit beiden fährt man in 35 min. in die City.

Dusche und WC sind vorhanden. Fahrräder können im nahegelegenen Geschäft gemietet werden. Villa Hühnchen ist ein Sommerhaus - ist also in den Wintermonaten nicht zu vermieten.
