The place is in a beautiful area in the West Center of Berlin with many parks, a beautiful lake, restaurants. Public transport close by ca. 8 minutes.

The strikingly painted rooms are separated by a sliding door and the bathroom is accessible through the second room only. The balcony is accessible from the first room.
