Garden at the rear of the house with a beautiful sunny swimming pool, heated if necessary with terrace and deckchairs, open between June and September depending on weather. A large open space with fitted kitchen overlooking a beautiful terrace, office, living room, large sofa, TV, one bedroom with bathtub, another with 140 bed, walk-in shower and sink. Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

Relax in this small house attached to our main house which has just been completely renovated internally. Its warm side will allow you to have a good time, it has the particularity of having a bedroom as well as a mezzanine under a slope so the ceilings are low on the upper floor and the small access door to the bedroom will require that you can bend down to access it… We provide bed linen and towels.

Our small house is located in the heart of a medieval village. You will enjoy the tranquility of a hilly and preserved countryside. The accommodation consists of an equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the bathroom. The second bedroom has a single bed and a baby bed. Guests will also enjoy a large terrace.

In the heart of Burgundy a luscious rural location offers views stretching as far as the eye can see! The perfect cottage to kick-back and relax! Exposed oak beams and enormous flagstones. Comfort and style in equal measure. Firewood provided (October- March) at €5 per day, please leave cash on day of departure. 10 minutes from supermarkets, bakeries, bistro and bars in Pouilly en Auxois.
