It is located 10 minutes from downtown🚙, at the exit to Doctor Mora, the "Acuabela" spa is 5 minutes away, 2 stores that can be reached on foot in 2 minutes, if you like to go to department stores for your purchases, Bodega Aurrera and Coopel are 5 minutes away. You can park in front of the apartment. The area is very quiet.

Enjoy this peaceful and centrally-located place. It has free parking inside the property. Just one block from Dr. Mora Guanajuato's main garden. Mora Guanajuato. 15 minutes from Parque Industrial Opción. We are currently building in the third floor apartment, so there is some clutter in the hallways and staircase due to the construction material. But you can get through without a problem and the apartment is working well.
