Fantastic apartment with all the amenities a family might require - from a washing machine, microwave, water heaters, water purifiers, clean bedsheets, blankets, etc. The best part of the experience was the housekeeper, Robi who goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and looked after. The security guards, Proshanto and Noyon are also very helpful resources to support your stay. You feel secure and comfortable - and the balcony has a really nice view too! Highly recommend.

It was an wonderful stay and we enjoyed it like our home. Mohammed was very responsible and he communicated and instructed his caretaker promptly. Everything was super clean, easy and working as described. I highly would recommend if you're looking for a stay. The only thing we found a bit uncomfortable was the camera inside the dining area.

Had a great stay at this place. The host went way out of her way to help and accommodate to my requests. Would definitely recommend to anyone. It’s a bit difficult to access to the building from main road using any sedan car. Other than that, this place is totally worth anyone’s time and money. Thank you dear Farzana ( Host). Beautiful place nice and clean. Very friendly host. Did struggle for parking but somehow they have managed. I will give this place 10/10. Definitely will be back again n again.

We had a wonderful stay! My wife and I stayed here for one night, from June 11 to 19 and we were truly impressed. The place was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The hospitality was warm and genuine — we felt very welcomed throughout our stay. One of the highlights is the location. As soon as you step out of the building, you’ll find restaurants, a supermarket, and a laundry shop — everything you might need is just a few steps away. We are genuinely happy with our experience and would gladly come back again. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

The place was in a prime area. The whole house has everything you need. The host was very responsive and helpful. His hospitality was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

We liked the apartment, lots of open space, natural lights, and a big terrace! The host was very responsive. It has all the amenities and appliances we needed except an in-unit washer. But the host provided the laundry service. Overall, a good place to stay!

Mr. Imtearul's place is a hidden gem, just a 5-minute walk from the main road. It's beautifully serene, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the air conditioning works flawlessly. I especially appreciated the heated water in the washroom. Overall, my experience was delightful, and I would highly recommend staying here for a peaceful retreat. I truly enjoyed my time at his lovely accommodation and would love to stay there again someday.

The host was incredibly responsive, even with my late check-in due to a flight delay. They were very understanding, and the caretaker on-site was a great help during my middle-of-the-night arrival. Overall, it was a smooth and welcoming experience!

Very nice place near by unitary dhanmondi also coffeehut has the best drink I had in dhaka.Owner is a very kind people. pls always remember turn off AC water heater and close door.
