This charming apartment in the heart of Berlin is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries and museums, yet quiet. It is lovingly planned and furnished. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. The bedroom is small but has a 160x200 double bed. The living room is equipped with a cosy sitting corner including a 140x200 sleeping sofa. Please know the sofa is not as comfortable as a propper bed. We finally got an elevator! The way to metro, bus and tram stations is short.

The vacation rental is located with 2 other apartments in a house on an approximately 6,100 m² large, fantastic lake property with its own tennis court and its own jetty. There is another vacation home on the property. The shore with a small beach is about 50 m long. Spacious sunbathing and meadow areas offer plenty of space for a variety of recreation; also ideal for families with children. Pets are also welcome. Beautiful, 160m2 (or 1700 square feet) apartment in an older building with stucco and high ceilings close to the main station in the heart of Berlin (area Berlin-Mitte). The nicely renovated kitchen/living room with a long table is perfect for friendly get-togethers. Wifi, linen, bath and hand towels, skin-friendly soap, and green gas and electricity included. There are no additional charges. We love families - children up to 12 years are free of charge.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...
