The wooden house is located directly opposite the old sanatorium, only about 50-100 meters from the swimming area on the clear Lake Zensee. Each of the two units of the semi-detached house offers ample space for 7 people (3 bedrooms), a fireplace and a terrace with a small garden on two floors. Bikes can be stored in a lockable shed. Near the house there is a supermarket with bakery/butcher as well as a canoe rental.

On a 1000 square meter property you can enjoy nature completely alone. Watch sunrises and sunsets in the pulpit on the jetty. Rowing boats can be rented nearby in season. Fishing is also possible on Lake Rahm with a fishing license.

Kick back and relax in this calm, modern space just 150 meters from the swimming area on Schwarzer See. The spacious sauna, the fully equipped kitchen with, for example, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, the terrace, the two separate bedrooms with electric blinds leave nothing to be desired. Or for beautiful bike tours about 35 km around the lake. The location between Neustrelitz and Neubrandenburg, gives many opportunities for shopping or restaurant visits.
