Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Mirissa

We spent a whole month in this house and were delighted! Spacious, cozy, with a lovely chill area by the river where you can relax and enjoy nature. I especially liked the rooftop – the perfect place to do yoga. The kitchen is fully equipped, so it was convenient to cook. The beds in the bedrooms are comfortable, slept great. The beach is only a 5-7 minute walk and the surf spot in Weligama is about 25 minutes away. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we are grateful to the hosts for their hospitality!

Very cozy house in the middle of a forest. feels super quite and remote but Ahangama is right around the corner by Motobike. Couple of minutes drive to the next beach / surfing spot with some smaller shops close by. stayed for 2 weeks and has everything needed to cook or have a quite rest day at home. highly recommended!

Beautiful villa with abundant space, verandah-style living, a great pool, and spotlessly clean. A short tuk-tuk ride away from Galle Fort and 10 minutes to the beaches of Unawatuna. The villa itself whilst in quite a busy part, enables a highly peaceful and relaxing holiday. We spent just over a week there and the caretaker (Fayas) went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and the chef (Rizwan) cooked us numerous and varied breakfasts, allowing us to sample delicious traditional food we’d not had before. Check in and out during very early morning due to flight times were also accommodated. Overall we had a great holiday at the villa and would highly recommend.

Gads Villa is a truly magical place. The gardens are exquisitely landscaped, and the giant Velvet Apple tree is really a wonder to behold. The pool has a shallow section which is perfect for little ones, or for adults to lounge in. The kitchen is huge and had everything we needed (important when traveling with 4 youngsters!). The bathrooms are likewise huge and very prettily set out. Beds are comfortable and the fans were sufficient to keep us cool at night. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, a few minutes tuk tuk ride into the main part of town. I personally found it very convenient to have yoga and a little spa within a few minutes walk. Secret Beach is also only a short walk away. Sahan and team were super helpful, and breakfasts were delicious. All in all a fabulous stay.

Sanjeewa and the team were extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. The property is spectacular and is like taking a step back in time and very well maintained. The pool area was amazing and the chef did an amazing job for breakfast and dinner with an abundance of food for us. Would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you all so much.

Lovely stay. Location is outstanding, straight onto the beach. Sashi - the house keeper - is as kind as it gets and cooks amazing dishes. We celebrated our daughter's birthday and she came with a gift, not only for the birthday girl but also her sister... So kind.

5 min from the beach and up in the jungle, it’s the best place to stay if your looking for the calm. Breakfast and Yoga sessions were great. The staff very kind. I recommend 100%.

Our stay here was comfortable and pleasant. The host was so kind and generous. Harshani even went out of her way to prepare breakfast and lunch for us which was delicious and homely. We felt right at home at the stay. The stay is 4mins walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The host was very responsive and the stay looks just like in the pictures -clean. Highly recommend this stay!

We had a great stay here. Every time we come to Galle this is where we will stay. We not only enjoy this host we have stayed with this host multiple times and we have only positive things to say. We look forward every time to checking in that we arrive and have a wonderful time. We cannot stress enough how beautiful the property is and how responsive the hosts are to provide anything for the guests.

Ruwan is an extremely kind person who is very keen to ensure that you do not miss anything. The place looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was very clean. There was a fridge full of free water. Breakfast times were by arrangement, which we found very pleasant. Breakfast could have varied a bit more (it was the same every day). Ruwan organized transportation for us to the next accommodation at the Uber price. And the driver was very nice too. We took a trip to the turtles and to Galle together with Ruwan, which I had honestly imagined a little differently. I thought he was something like a tour guide who would also give us information, but he just drove us. I found the price to be a bit too high for that. But it was still very nice and a good idea. We do not regret spending 4 nights with Ruwan and can recommend it with a clear conscience. I'd love to go there again.

We have stayed in around 180 Airbnbs and this is stand out one of the best! THE most fully equipped property we have ever come across, with all sorts of unexpected items such as mosquito repellent coils, filtered water, cooking oils and first aid kit! Eva and her manager, Tharush were amazingly friendly and accommodating. 5 star service and facilties to match! Can't recommend this place enough.

This is a very wonderful stay, the overall feeling is very good. You can see the sea👍🏻 from the bed, and I saw a super beautiful sunset on the first day. Every night, accompanied by the sound of the waves, this natural white noise🛌, the host also prepared fruit, very delicious😋 It's a little bit far from the central attractions,🛺 5 minutes by tuk-tuk to the town, but that's the great thing, because you can avoid a lot of the attraction salespeople Anyway, it's fantastic. My friends and I really want to continue staying.

Our stay at the Banana Leaf Apartments was simply fantastic! The accommodation is quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature. The apartment was very clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need. A huge thank you goes to Amila. He was incredibly friendly, helpful and always there for us when we had questions or requests. His cordiality and hospitality really made our stay special. You can feel that he cares about the well-being of his guests. Also a big thank you to Hannah for the loving communication and organization! We would come back anytime and can highly recommend this place.

As soon as we arrived, Chanuka received us with sincerity. Their welcome drinks were amazing. The house was as beautiful as the pictures. We were impressed by the sincerity of their entire family. And the check-out day was truly amazing. They organized breakfast and lunch for us. We had a wonderful few days. Those who want to visit Galle can rest assured in this house. I stayed in the guest cottage on a lovely private (gated) property full of jungly trees, birds, and monkeys! Eva has built a paradise. It was wonderful to walk down to yoga a few times. Overall it's exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet (except for all the bird chatter, but that was lovely). Also the staff are so lovely and helpful and smiling. Just a reminder that there's no AC, and you are in the jungle so be obsessively clean in the kitchen (hello ants) and don't let the little lizards scare you. I named one Fred. :). If the wifi doesn't work, just find the wifi repeater and ensure it's plugged in, and ta da, the signal perks right up. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Sanjayas place, it is in a quiet and beautiful area with its own private entrance, walking distance to the local restaurants and beaches. The room was perfect with a great terrace, Sanjaya and his family are wonderful. I hope to be back again.

Great apartment, had all the basic necessities! The host and family were so incredibly helpful! Gave us a number for a great tuck tuck driver, warned us about the rambunctious monkeys that like to stop by, tried to keep us up to date on the power outages and more. It’s a lovely little jungle villa, with that being said, jungle = lots of bugs, there’s no way around it. Just don’t leave any open food out and that will help lessen the bug situation. Also, mirissa beach (great spot for restaurants and beach days) is a bit too far to walk, so I’d recommend getting a scooter or a bike and the host has a person for that too!! All around, would stay again if we come back to Sri Lanka! Host and family were so so so helpful and friendly!

Don was on hand to greet us with a very warm welcome. The accommodation was very clean, tidy and as described. The house contributed to a great holiday and I would highly recommend this place

navigator directs on the other hand, our taxi driver got lost at first. Having a car , the location is good. Appartements are large, all appliances work. Housekeeping once a week Host is always available
