Apartment vacation rentals in Mirepoix

I stayed at Chris’s place with my dad for 3 nights after heading up from Perpignan. The apartment is a couple of minutes walk from the train station and also a couple of minutes away from the main square, where there are ample restaurants. It wasn’t peak season so they weren’t always open but we still managed to get some great meals. The apartment is also about a 20 minute walk to the medieval city, which is great if you love a bit of history. The apartment itself is immaculate and very comfortable. The balcony was great to sit out on and you can hear the organs playing from the church opposite. The apartment is on the street and cars going by can be loud, but Chris kindly left earplugs in the bedrooms to resolve this. We would definitely recommend Chris’s apartment and would love to stay again.

Clean and very well moved in apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. No problem parking nearby. Rémi is very responsive and welcoming. Would come back without a second thought

This was an absolutely amazing find. It was a beautiful place in a brilliant location. Carcassone did not disappoint. Coming back to sit on the terrace at the end of the day was a real treat. Loads of lovely little restaurants nearby and a 5 minute walk up to the Medieval City. A real gem of a place.

Second stay at Nadine's, the accommodation is perfect, the village is very peaceful and Nadine is a very beautiful person... What more can I say!

Very nice home, clean and functional. The owner is very responsive and kept his commitments regarding the description of his accommodation. Small hiccup...very difficult to park on the street. We had to park 300 meters away, and walk up with the suitcases. Thanks!

Mark was extremely communicative and flexible with our check in time. He also gave us some lovely local recommendations. The Airbnb itself was spacious, homely and clean - with comfy beds. It had everything you need and more. It was in a fantastic location for popping into Castelnaudary and walking to the train station. We would stay again! Thank you for having us.

We loved this bright, carefully decorated apartment. The terrace offers the possibility to relax in peace. We recommend Baptiste and Aurélie who were very responsive during our exchanges and all their recommendations for visits allowed us to have a great stay. Thank you for everything.

Excellent, nothing to say, really the best Airbnb I've booked so far. Everything is at your disposal, it's clean, it's new with a terrace overlooking the castle which lights up in the evening, magnificent. The host is welcoming and explains everything on arrival, thanks to him.

The AirBNB was very modern and one of the best my husband and I stayed in during our two week trip to France. It was beautiful and had everything we needed. It even had his and her bathroom sinks, a terrace, TV in the living room and bedroom with multiple streaming services so you could watch shows and movies in English. Marie (the hostess) was flexible with our check-in time. Because private cars cannot enter La Cite (fortified part of Carcassone where the AirBNB was), we parked at the free lot 10 min walk from the AirBNB. Because La Cite was not very big, the AirBNB was close to many restaurants and shops. Wish all AirBNB's are just as good as this one!

We recommend this very comfortable and well thought-out little apartment in terms of spaces and amenities. The best thing is the jacuzzi, really nice and relaxing! The village where the accommodation is located is very charming. Perfect for walks and visiting Lake Ganguise! Charles is very responsive and friendly.

The place matches the photos, Lola is super responsive! The loft is tastefully decorated and has quality materials! You feel at home right away. Efficient check-in and all amenities inside, the small outdoor area allows you to enjoy the weather on the swing. Thanks again for this little cocooning moment for two ❤️ When it's time to leave, we'll stay there for one more night.

You will have the best time here,everything is perfection, from the decor to the hot tub and garden. The apartment was a haven after the heat and noise of the cite and Jerome couldn’t have been more helpful. Will be recommending.
