Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Agnès and Rémi, retired, welcome you to the outbuilding of their 14th century farmhouse. Recently restored with eco-friendly materials, located in the center of a landscaped plot of 2 hectares crossed by a stream, century-old trees, beehives. Great for a relaxing and bucolic stay. Close to the famous Mayenne towpath, between Coudray and Daon. Numerous hiking, biking and horseback riding trails nearby. Châteaux de la Loire are an hour's drive away.

In the heart of a small farmhouse under renovation, we welcome you in a cozy and quiet space close to a peaceful river: ideal starting point for beautiful walks in the countryside while enjoying the village and its shops within walking distance. Morannes-Sarthe station, which takes you to Angers, Nantes or Paris, is also less than a 5-minute walk away. Small house perfect for a stay as a couple, an extra bed can accommodate up to 4 people.

Tour Saint-Michel, charming cottage

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

Renovated house with quality amenities (2-seater spa bath, traditional Finnish sauna, etc.). Great for a relaxing romantic stay. House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed. Small cozy apartment on a quiet street. The village is located on the banks of Sarthe with its small port, its lock and its open-air café! The property has many amenities. it is independent of my house with a different entrance. the wifi network is functional, fiber optic just arrived in our small town 😉 I am delighted to welcome you, accompanied by my faithful Australian Shepherd.
