We stayed here for a couple days and were super impressed!! The apartment itself had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing and we watched manatees out in the lagoon everyday. Lots of wildlife to see :)

Kia was responsive and very friendly. He suggested many great food spots and always answered our questions promptly

Just as pictured! The location is close to most tourist attractions, and Ubers were extremely cheap. I’d definitely stay again.

Arlene’s Place Was Everything I Expected. Second Time Visiting PR I Will Definitely Recommend Staying Here Again. Condado Is Close To Everything Such As Old San Juan , La Placita & Things To Do Such As Kayaking. Walking Distance To Alot Of Restaurants & Other Bars. Host Was Responsive. Definitely A Good Stay !

This Airbnb is wonderful! Extremely aesthetic yet comfy. Within walking distance to the beach, great food, a pharmacy and not far from the airport old San Juan.

The place is very conveniently located and communication with the host is quick.

We loved staying at Clinton and Alexandra’s home. It’s in a fantastic location in Miramar in walking distance to great food and bars, but nice and quiet at night. More spacious than what we originally expected, and was perfect for us. We’d happily come back!

I absolutely LOVED my stay in PR! Kat is hands down the BEST host I’ve ever had—seriously, she’s amazing! She’s super friendly & kept checking in on us throughout the trip to make sure we were doing great & having a good time. Her instructions for getting into the apartment & navigating around were super clear & easy to follow. Thanks to her tips, we got to see some of the most beautiful spots in PR! The location is unbeatable! You’re super close to many awesome & popular places. A lot of them are totally walkable, and if you don’t feel like walking, Uber is super easy to get. And let’s talk about the apartment—it’s absolutely adorable! So cozy and beautifully designed. You can tell Kat put so much love and thought into every detail. It felt like a home away from home. Every time I messaged her for suggestions, she responded fast with the coolest spots & the yummiest food spots. I loved her itinerary—it made our trip so much more fun & stress-free. Kat is a gem! 100% recommend! 🥰🌸?

The absolute best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Nadia was extremely communicative, gave clear instructions for check-in/check-out, and also accommodated us with a late check-out and baggage storage. The space is better than the photos -- super high ceilings, beautiful furnishings & linens, and both extremely comfortable and clean. We had just come from a hotel in Condado that struggled with humidity regulation; the fans and AC system in Casa Serenidad made us feel comfortable for the first time in several days. The location is perfect in Old San Juan, close to restaurants, bars, and sightseeing in an extremely peaceful and quiet building. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning.

For it being a new building, new apt n all. It’s really spacious. Super clean. Convenient in terms of location. So much activities you can do around the area. I

My stay was very good, the studio has everything the landlord offers in the description, everything was very clean, I loved it.

My friend and I loved staying here! The room itself is beautiful and in a perfect area which is close to T-Mobile District and the beach. I wish some instructions were clearer such as where to find amenities (we had to buy things because we weren't aware there were extras such as paper towels), where to find the garbage room (there were many elevators so we didn't find it until our last day), and how to open the lockbox. Otherwise, the host was very responsive and kept checking in with us. We would definitely stay there again! :)

I Value good communication and morals. Wakita has met these requirements. I enjoyed my stay, felt safe and was in good environment. I will definitely visit and stay again.

This was a nice get away. Very comfortable had everything we needed, very clean. The jacuzzi room was a nice added touch and decorated beautifully.

Very cozy and peaceful. The jacuzzi was perfect to wind down at the end of the day and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and attentive. Definitely recommend to stay here!

I absolutely loved Jorge’s residence . 24th floor with a beautiful view. The Airbnb was super clean and had supplies like beach chairs , towels , ironing board , etc. He was constantly communicating with me and had suggested many things to do while in San Juan. I will definitely be back soon . If you book here you won’t miss out , many restaurants, close to the beach and other activities. Thank you Jorge !

This was our first time in Puerto Rico & Juan’s place did not disappoint! The place was even better than the photos, and the views were spectacular. I would 100% recommend booking this stay. Juan is very responsive and helpful. He was flexible with check in/out and overall the building was perfect for a 5 day stay.

I had a fantastic stay! The location was incredibly convenient—within walking distance to several restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets. Fernando made sure everything was well maintained. The moment we walked in, the space smelled amazing and was spotless. The blankets and towels were fresh and clean, and there wasn’t a speck of dust anywhere. Fernando was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. This is easily one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in while visiting Condado—and I come every year to visit family. I would absolutely book again. The building also has a good-sized pool, which was a great bonus. The apartment felt like home and had all the essentials. I was even able to pick up some groceries and make breakfast thanks to the well-stocked kitchen with pans and utensils. Gracias, Fernando, por todo. Espero regresar pronto. ¡Bendiciones! 🙏🏼
