Next to the countryside with forests and with possibilities of visits to interesting places such as the Castle of La Pobla de Claramunt, Molí Paperer and the Prehistoric Park of the Vila de Capellades. 6 km from Igualada. The apartment has a double bed, a sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with shower.

Quiet space 25' by metro to BCN center

Comfortable suite with bathroom + living room with another single bed + work and dining area in a residential neighborhood with connection to BCN (25' by train). Ideal for relaxing , with the advantage of fast and frequent public transportation, such as the metro (fare zone 1). The space occupies the first floor of a single-family home, and we live on the lower floor. Access is via a staircase on the side of the house, passing through our garden. With a business license and all permits in order.
