This place is a real gem. This beauty is located in a quaint neighborhood in charlotte. Beautifully decorated, stained glass ceiling blew my mind and clean house. Highly recommend.

Excellent location. Also walkable to a large variety of stores and restaurants. Peaceful home felt comfortable from the moment we walked in the door.

The house was great and the beds were very comfortable. The backyard was peaceful, especially at night with the lights and the hot tub. We had our adult sons with us and we could not hear them moving around and watching TV while we were sleeping, the house is sound proof! I did have to sweep off the back patio furniture when we arrived, it didn't look like that had been done in a while, or it might have just been from a storm - no big deal, the broom was easy to find. The house is older, with a nice mid-century modern vibe - very cozy. I would stay there again.

Our stay was nothing short of spectacular! The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, and fully stocked with all household essentials! The neighborhood was quite peaceful and the neighbors were friendly! We would highly recommend this home as a great stay and f you’re in the Charlotte, NC area!

We had a very enjoyable stay. Although we did have not the opportunity to use the full services of the rental available to us since we were away most of the time at the NASCAR races, we still were glad that we rented this place. Clean, well supplied and the area is nice. Also, close to the airport and close to the Charlotte track. What more can you ask?

We had a great stay here. Location was super convenient for walking around Noda. Kitchen had a great layout, had everything we needed and a large dining area. Primary bedroom is very large and separated from the other 2 bedrooms. The house was well stocked with the basics and we would stay here again in the future.

Traveled for work and it was close to hotels and food. I was able to work during the day and come back to relax. I needed to check in early and the host was very accommodating they let me check in at 10:45am even though early check in is 3pm. This was very helpful!

Minor snafu with the lockbox but good communication quickly resolved the issue. Great location. The condo was as described in the listing

Great apartment! We came for the Lovin' Life Music Fest; it was about a 20 minute, easy walk. Plenty of space in the apartment, beds were comfortable, couch was slightly on the small side, but there were only 2 of us, so it was fine. The key fob wasn't left in the lock box upon our arrival, but I reached out and was responded to in about 10 minutes and he was able to let us in. Definitely would recommend this place and if we come back to the festival, I would stay here again!

Dawn made everything so welcoming for my stay! The place was located in a convenient but private area. It was very clean and as described. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider it when I’m back in town!

So appropriately named -charming , comfortable and safe . Reminds me of such a simpler time in life. Such a pleasure to wake up every morning, have coffee on the swing on the porch overlooking the lake, listening to the birds sing .. A retreat tucked away -a place to refresh the soul ! Wonderful hosts-so accommodating!!

Loved this house. We felt right at home. House was super clean and the neighborhood was fantastic. It was very quiet at night and less than 10 minutes away from Mecklenburg County Sportsplex at Matthews. We rented this house for a lacrosse tournament, and we will definitely be back next year.

Josh was an amazing host, very polite and responsive, and totally invested in making our stay an enjoyable experience. The home was absolutely lovely and inviting to include comfortable sleeping quarters, a beautiful gazebo with an outdoor television and string lights for the nighttime, and an open dining concept for those who love to cook and socialize with their family. We look forward to staying again!

Great place! Everything was very clean and it really felt like we were at home. We really enjoyed being able to let our dog play in the yard and she totally did too. We would 100% stay again!

We stayed here for a weekend for my son soccer tournament! Fields were 7 mins away! Everythings is close to it! Comfortable just what we needed! Tamara was a great host!

Great stay in a great location. My husband and I were so happy and at peace. The house was so clean and smelled SO good, it felt like a little luxury home. Our host was super responsive, nice & accommodating. I would definitely recommend this home and would love to come back!
