Beachfront vacation rentals in Minnis Bay

We had a wonderful weekend at Sandy Feet Cottage. The cottage is in a great location, only a few minutes away from all that Broadstairs has to offer. Great location for exploring further afield too, as there are some lovely walks including one to Margate. The cottage was very clean and had everything that you needed. The description was spot on. Sally was vey easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing location, pubs, beach, amusements and fish and chips all in under a 5 minute walk even with a 5 year old in tow! Smart property and very private. We managed to get parked right outside on arrival and didn’t need the car again until we left!

A lovely cottage, we have enjoyed our stay very much. There are lots of nice touches in a good thought for the comfort of guests. Warm house in every room by the time of our arrival; milk, juice, home made jam (delicious!), bread, cereals avalible; little messages that welcome and guide through the house. There are actually 3 bathrooms. All is spotless clean and fresh. We wish to return :)

Lovely spacious cottage matching description and photos. Town centre so easily walkable to the beach, high street and Deal’s many restaurants and bars. Janey’s cottage has everything you’d need if you want to cook, and the back garden is a lovely private sheltered space to spend time outdoors. Communication from Janey was friendly and helpful and it was easy to check in via the lockbox.

We had a wonderful stay at Rose Cottage. Beautiful Airbnb and a great location- a few minutes from the beach and restaurants. Lovely sunny garden with furniture and a bbq. Comfortable beds. The stairs are steep but that’s called out in the description. We can’t wait to visit again!

The property matched the description perfectly, place in a very peaceful road in the heart of historic Deal, plenty to walk and explore such a beautiful old neighbourhood. The property had everything covered from dog treats to USB charges, it was a home away from home. Such a historic old quirky building as long as you’re not tall, you’ll be fine! Thank you

Absolutely gorgeous little flat just two minutes walk to the seafront. It's just generally in an excellent location close to lots of lovely cafes and restaurants. The flat has lots of natural light, lovely furnishings, a comfy bed. It has everything you could need and lots of thoughtful little extras too. It was absolutely spotless on arrival. We appreciated the little gift hamper, how communicative the hosts were and how cosy and welcoming the flat felt. We will definitely be back, thank you so much!

Such a great place! We stayed for the weekend and had the best time, lovely house with everything you need as well as being and nice and clean. Brilliant location too we felt we were super close to everything! Ida and James were super attentive, fab hosts as well!

It’s a really clean caravan, looks exactly like the pictures. It had everything we needed, it was a great base to be able to visit family nearby. Communication was great as well. We will be booking again next time we are down.

We absolutely loved staying at the Beach Hut. The location was perfect, we walked into Margate and Birchington. Train and buses so close if needed . Westgate High street was so close and the Swan which was 2 minutes away was great for food and drinks. It was really peaceful and extremely clean, such lovely touches with coffee/tea, milk, water and cereal. We loved the chilled atmosphere sitting in the front of the hut for drinks or coffee , so relaxing. We would definitely stay again and also recommend for a perfect relaxing break and although we only got to wave at Lorraine , David was so friendly and checked to see if all was ok for us . Great communication and we absolutely loved it. Thank you so much for our stay and how attentive and responsive you have been 👍

We had a wonderful stay at Gills caravan. It was spotlessly clean and had a well equipped kitchen. ( we like cooking) The rooms were very comfy and the outside space was a plus in the sunshine. Gill was extremely helpful and friendly and the area was very dog friendly with loads of lovely walks straight from the site. It was our first time In The area and we will definitely be back. Perfect little getaway for myself and the family, very nicely kept and was exactly as described. This is the second time we have stayed and it was perfect again, would recommend

This was our second visit to the Lighthouse and it still is an amazing place, from the panoramic sea views to a lovely warm inviting home. A dip in the pool before breakfast, sitting with a coffee watching the seascape, as far as Essex and beyond, sunsets and so much more. I will make the same comment as I did last, this goes for the whole of our party across 3 generations and the dogs, the only bad thing about the Lighthouse is having to leave. Hopefully this will not be our last visit.

First time hiring a hut and I’m so glad I did. This little hut was cute and had everything you needed. I messaged Maria asking for a little something for my mum’s bday and she did 😊. No bad reviews we’re planning on hiring more often, all it could do with is a little tlc ie painting needs updating, the windbreakers need replacing and possibly something for the ground by the doors as it’s hard to open the doors with the stones. But other then that it was lovely and we had such a lovely time , we locked everything up in the hut and took a walk to the pier and came back it was lovely thank you ☺️

This house has absolutely everything you could ever want or need. Swimming pool is great and heated to a perfect temp for the kids. House is enormous and every little thing seems to have been thought of by the hosts including extras such as dressing gowns for all guests, soap, shampoo and a hairdryer in every room. Location is right on the coast with great views out the front of the sea. Garden is lovely. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks Alan and Bill

Exactly what it says on the tin, as they say. Friendly people, a nice little grass dog walking area next to a nature reserve. Pub opposite served lovely food as does the clubhouse I’m sure, although we didn’t get to eat there it served a lovely Guinness and provided great entertainment from bingo to cabaret. All in all very happy and hope to go book even just for a mini weekend break. Sandra and her hubby, nice people and very helpful, thank you both. Mark & Michelle

What a great find! Literally steps from a beautiful and quiet beach, plus Captain Digby (nearby pub) is actually excellent food with a playground that my daughter loved. Liana and Clive were very kind, flexible, and personable in their communication as well. Great little place all in all.

We had a great time in Deborah’s apartment in Deal. The house was everything the photos showed and more. Very clean, beds were comfortable and the location was fab. Would have no hesitation in rebooking or recommending this property. Thanks Deb’s

Charming little air bnb in an amazing location. Under 5 mins from beautiful Margate beach, but on a quiet side street. The property is a cosy, little 2 bed house. Homely and uncluttered. Even has a little, covered courtyard style garden for chillin' (and drying wet swimming trunks). The hosts, Zack & Georgia, were friendly, super helpful and polite. They always replied very quickly and you got the feeling nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The house even has free parking adjacent to the property. Which is super helpful, as anyone travelling with young children knows you tend to pack half the house. We'd def stay in this little gem of a find again and would highly recommend. Great location on the seafront, private parking and easy to find. This accommodation has everything you need for a relaxing break on the coast. Vicky is really friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Nice bar and restaurant 2 minutes walk.

This is such a lovely apartment, in the best location in Broadstairs. We walked everywhere and the hosts sent us some helpful instructions about restaurants and other sights we might like to see. Highly recommend!

Been here a few times now and this is by far our favourite, amazing property in an amazing location. Close to all amenities, couldn’t be better and can’t wait to return later in the year

This was a perfect respite! A lovely flat: comfy and cozy, well-decorated, with lots of helpful amenities and treats. Perfect location in Margate with easy walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Ashley was responsive and communicative and I was easily able to shift my trip by one day when my plans changed. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Perfect Prime Position for watching the sea, getting to the beach, within short walking distance of being able to enjoy the benefits of the town - restaurants, ice-creams, cakes, etc etc and having peace and quiet. Would be hard pushed to find a better spot. The small touches such as milk, tea, coffee and biscuits as well as the bottle of wine, make for a home from home feel from the very moment you step over the threshold, once you’ve taken your eyes off the amazing view that greets you as you open the door, the kettle can go on very quickly. The sofa is very comfortable and it’s very easy to just get absorbed in watching and listening to the waves and the general sea happenings. Robert was very informative before arrival with regards to the lockbox and keys, WiFi and passwords, to using the shower/bath (so many places it takes an age to work out their ‘quirks’), the only question I needed to ask him was what flavour ice cream would be his choice at Morelli’s! Mine would be Bacio
