Characterful, bright, dual-aspect apartment overlooking the cathedral, close to all shops and parking lots. Comfortable duplex accommodation, completely renovated, consisting of two bedrooms, a living room with a sitting area and an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Comfortable bedding, a 160 bed and a 140 bed. Mezzanine staircase that is not suitable for young children. Located on the third floor without elevator access. Common areas are not yet renovated.
