In a small, very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 min) and Saint-Malo (15 min), the vacation rental is a completely independent studio on our property. Accessible by a staircase and not overlooked, it has a private garden, also not overlooked, with a table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table, deck chairs, and barbecue. The swimming pool, heated to 28 degrees, is open from June 22nd to September 8th this year, 2026, and is shared with us (who go there very little), with guests always having priority.

The rate is the same for 1 to 4 guests. For any additional person, the rate is automatically adjusted on the site to €20 per person per day. The house is located in the village of Miniac Morvan, amenities are within walking distance within 200 meters which is very convenient. It's a house where the living is good "like at home".
