The newly renovated guest house, located in the garden, with terrace and separate house entrance, is suitable for max. 4 people.

It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. In this house built in 1904/1908, you will stay in a listed archway with direct views of the Moselle and the landmark of the city of Zell, the Pulverturm. In a direct location on the Moselle promenade and the old town, you have the best starting points for hiking, cycling and boat tours or a stroll through the old town. Excursion destinations such as Traben-Trarbach and Cochem are easily accessible by public transport. Numerous restaurants and ostrich farms invite you to linger.

The house consists of two separate apartments (89m2+155m2) on three floors that can be combined. Particularly suitable for two families/couples. The yard (500 m2) has furniture and an open fire for barbecuing, as well as a stream. The house has 4 bedrooms and one sofa bed for one in the lounge. There's also a terrace upstairs. The house is completely renovated inside and all furniture, appliances, TV, towels, bed sheets are new. Free parking area for 3 cars in the yard. WiFi.

The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. The holiday home Haus Cervus in Hattgenstein is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 170 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
