The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. The guest apartment is located on the ground floor of a detached house. It consists of a spacious room with double bed, dining area, wardrobe and TV. This includes a small kitchenette with full amenities such as dishes, a hotplate, bottle opener, coffee maker, fridge and kettle. Coffee, tea, sugar and homemade jam are included free of charge. Next to it is a small shower room and access to the garden.
