Great and affordable stay, really cute apartment and central! Lan was also helpful and responsive, helping to book a driver when we needed which was much appreciated.

Mai's place was absolutely gorgeous hideaway in Old Town Hanoi. The instructions she left were easy to follow and the place was perfect for our group of seven. There is plenty to walk to from the location and we were able to explore a lot in the time we had there. Mai even listed a lot of great recommendations for us to try food in the area and she was very responsive. The place was exactly as advertised and it was so comfortable and well laid out. Each floor has their own bathroom and the AC was great in the heat. I would absolutely stay here again if I come back to Hanoi. if you are looking for a great place with a great location, and is quiet at night then I highly recommend this place.

Excellent stay despite a small setback beyond the host's control! I was only able to stay one day due to an unforeseen event on my part, but I want to point out how extremely friendly and understanding the host was. He gave me great advice and was very responsive to all my requests, which is really appreciated. The apartment is very charming and perfectly matches the photos: everything is clean and functional. I would highly recommend it for a pleasant stay. I hope to have the opportunity to come back for longer next time!

The host Ngoc is really nice. We asked for help when we made a mistake leaving the key, and they resolved it very kindly. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Great accommodation, spacious. And the best part of it is definitely location! You are in the middle of everything while staying there. The host was very responsive and minor issues were solved immediately. There are all the touristic spots you can imagine - coffee shops, restaurants, big lake, water puppet show, massage parlours, hairdressers etc. The building itself is located in a cozy little alley. It's not perfectly quiet, but is away from main streets and heavy traffic. Recommended place, especially for a big group.

Diep’s home was a great stay! Nestled away near the Opera House, it was beautiful and a great location. All of the amenities were accurate. It allowed for us to access the different attractions around Hanoi. We really appreciate the services provided like arranging both a car pickup and drop off at the airport. Tuan was a wonderful host! The team was very responsive and gave local recommendations. They were also very accommodating. The location is prime in old quarters without being too noisy/close to bar street. It's across from a coffee shop which was a nice way to start the day. The place itself was charming and we felt cool even in June. Would definitely stay again!

The host was very kind and responded very quickly, so I was very grateful. It was nice that the sauna was also available. However, since this is a new venus villar complex, there is a little bit of infrastructure inside. It's a 10-minute drive from the existing Flamingo. There was a cafeteria in the villa complex, but I couldn't use it because it was being repaired due to a typhoon. I had a lot of food and had a good rest.

This accommodation was very good. The furniture was in better condition than I thought, and the outdoor barbecue was well-equipped. It is perfect for a large family or company team.

If you’re looking for a calm place with amazing view then this is the place for you. Only thing keep in mind is the location which is a bit far from Hanoi. Happy stay 😊

We had a wonderful weekend at the villa – everything we needed was there. The housekeeper was incredibly responsive and took care of all our requests promptly. We spent time swimming in the pool, grilling meat and enjoying every moment. The villa is perfect for a relaxing getaway. We highly recommend this place – the host replies quickly, and the housekeeper is more than hospitable. We'd love to come back!

If you have the chance to stay here and be hosted by Tim & Hana, you should be so lucky. It's out of the way and for people who want peacefulness. You get to just look at green, the garden and the trees every day. It was exactly what I wanted. They also have such a sweet little neighborhood they have made with their friends, everyone was very welcoming. There's a pickleball court, Tim & Hana are incredibly helpful, accomodating, open-hearted and kind, not to mention insanely competent. Anything we needed they accomplished so well and quickly I was blown away. The little scooter was great so you don't have to get a bike/car if you don't want. The home is so beautiful and clearly lived in, in the best way. It was made to be lived in and I felt so at home. It also felt so spacious and beautiful, it felt like many hours of love, care, thoughfulness, meditation and kindness were put into the home and even without anyone else there, it's easy to be impacted by it.
