Monthly Rentals in Mineral Springs

Perfect location just out of Waxhaw which we have never been too and highly recommend. If you love horses, this is the place. We also set up an appointment to have my daughter in law ride a horse. She was so surprised and Deyne was so nice and sweet. There was a fee but well worth it. It was a memorable experience. Great view from the picture window overlooking the covered arena. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great little place to stay out of the way! Came to Waxhaw to take care off my parent's estate and it was nice to come back to Lori's place to relax at the end of the night and decompress. Would stay again!

My husband and I spent an extended weekend in Waxhaw for a family event. This rental was absolutely perfect in every way! We were less than a mile from our family, the location was private, secluded and beautiful. The rental was just stunning, from the building itself down to every little decor detail inside. The space was clean and inviting. After long activity filled days, this was the perfect quiet retreat. Nestled in the woods with cozy outdoor seating, it was the perfect way to end a day. The inside was immaculate. The linens were fresh and there were plenty of towels available. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the mini split kept the place comfortable no matter how hot or humid the outside was. We are already looking forward to booking again on our next trip down! As a bonus, we found Cane Creek Park just minutes away and spent two days there fishing! Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!

We stayed in Jane's guest house which was perfect for what we needed. Kitchenette was well appointed for our needs and we even got to watch our favorite Netflix show. It was quiet and lovely.
