Pat and Rich made us feel like family. My daughter and I booked 10 minutes before arrival- and they checked to be sure we had everything we needed. While checking out we struck up conversation and it was like we had known them for years. The sweetest and kindest hosts. The accommodations were exactly as described and depicted. the property is quiet and charming. Everything we needed after a week on the road. 10/10 would reccomend. Heidi & Bjorn

The pictures for this listing are beautiful, but they don’t do it any justice. You just have to go and see this place for yourself. Gems like these on Airbnb are becoming harder and harder to find. Absolutely perfect in every way that you could possibly think of. Kathy and her husband are absolutely wonderful and will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable as they did with me. If you’re in the area and this place is available book it before someone else does .

Shawn and Cheryl are great hosts! They are so personable and great to work with. The Scurlock Bunkhouse was a very cozy stay. They had the place stocked very well with all the amenities (coffee, drinks, snacks, toiletries, games, area books, and the most wonderful cozy blankets). We enjoyed the secluded area and the beauty! My mom grew up just up the road so it was nice to be able to reminisce about her childhood! And Shawn knew a lot of history about the area and the families. It might of been a little snug for 4 women, but we made it work 😀

Wir können das Airbnb wärmstens empfehlen. Alles war super sauber und wir fühlten uns gleich wie zuhause! Dass, das Airbnb noch über ihrem Coffeehouse liegt macht das ganze noch passender. Der Kaffee und die Cinnamon Rolls sind sehr zu empfehlen! Unbedingt ein Besuch einplanen. Besser täglich einen Kaffee geniessen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Josh und Marissa übernachten!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this mountain Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and the cozy charm of the cabin. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a perfect escape. There was plenty of space for our group to relax and unwind—whether it was lounging by the fireplace, cooking meals together in the well-stocked kitchen, or enjoying coffee on the deck surrounded by the mountains. The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into making sure guests feel welcome, with thoughtful touches like local snacks, extra blankets, and board games. If you're looking for a perfect mix of comfort, nature, and quality time with friends, this is the place. We’re already planning our future trips here to stay at again during the snowy season.
