They were receptive, attentive and flexible with check-in and check-out. The house is very beautiful, organized, very complete in terms of appliances in the kitchen, spacious, airy, great location near the square and restaurants. Super recommended the accommodation, it's really worth it!!

Cristiano welcomed us, was super helpful before, during and after the stay. He gave us tips on where to eat and visit, responded quickly and the house is quite cozy. The accommodation leaves nothing to be desired, certainly an excellent option and we will return!! About the cleanliness, the bathroom was impeccable, but the house was dusty and we had to sweep. I believe it is because it was left open until our arrival. As a suggestion: 1 - the double bed in the living room does not have curtains on the window, as we were a couple, we did not use it, but the absence can impair privacy. 2 - due to the climate of Carrancas, the shower in the summer is cold and in the winter very hot, if it were multi-temperatures it would help a lot.

What a beautiful place, I don't even have words to describe it, you have to experience it!!! The chalet is about 6/7 km from the city, the entire road to the city is unpaved, the Cachoeira do Turco is extremely close, mobile internet is available everywhere, there is another larger chalet next door, but it did not interfere with anything in our stay, the chalet is all closed so the cold does not get in. The bathroom window looks beautiful. Áurea helped us perfectly and was always available to help. The kitchen items are basic, but it's enough to make a good coffee, we took things to have coffee in the cottage since the city was a little far to keep going back and forth, I would only suggest putting a larger mirror (full body) and maybe a clothesline (something like that) to hang wet clothes like towels and bathing suits.
