Newly renovated! Our house was built in 2012 and has an apartment facing northeast with private access. The 31 sqm apartment has a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/dining room for 1 or 2 people. The bakery in the shopping center is open from 7 am. Charging facility for electric cars and e-bikes (from PV system!) and secure parking is available. Non-smokers. Shopping mall with pharmacy 100 m away. The Weser is also only 100 m away.

We spent the weekend in Bünde for a wedding! We felt immediately comfortable at Brigitte's! Brigitte is an extremely likeable and courteous host, the apartment is so tastefully decorated and everything you need for a short or longer stay is really thought of. Brigitte's garden is particularly worth mentioning, which definitely matches the most beautiful pictures from the magazine " Landlust" can accommodate. There were four of us staying there, 3 adults, 1 toddler, you really have to be lovers, because the apartment itself is quite noisy. It is perfect for a stay for two (even with a child)!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The place was nice, clean and cozy, as shown in the pictures. The equipment was also great, nothing was missing. We had everything you could need in everyday life and I mean really everything. You can really cook and bake there, the kitchen is equipped with a mixer, bowls, baking pans, pots and much more. We were able to enjoy the great view, which looks much better in real life than in the photos. I wanted to write an extra praise for the bedding, which was simply in the hotel quality. Heike was immediately there for us with questions and was always nice, friendly and helpful. If I'm in the area again, I'll be happy to rent Heike's place again.
