Vacation rentals with beach access in Mindarie

This was a great place to stay. Close to everything and has everything anyone can ever want or need.

A great space in a fantastic location. The house is located an easy few minute walk from the beach. The WA coast is amazing and unique to Australia. Unlike many short term stays that take short cuts because they are close to the beach, Brooke's places is very clean, very well appointed and as described in the listing. It has a relaxed, beachy aesthetic and is well suited to solo, couple or small family travellers. All of the little extras - milk in the fridge, a loaf of fresh bread on the kitchen bench, beach towels - made for an enjoyable stay and were appreciated. It is located close to many of Perth's best offerings. There is bus running past the front door, but a car is a more suitable option in this location. Brooke was a quick and clear communicator. Easy to highly recommend.

Central location in Leederville and the studio was perfect for a nights rest after a big flight. Comfortable bed and neat amenities. Highly recommended!

There’s something about leaving 5 minutes before a reservation and still arrive early. Had the best time, couldn’t recommend it more.

Our stay at Lynn’s place was great. She and Les are friendly, flexible and very helpful. Their studio flat is quiet, comfortable with a lovely courtyard area to look on and sit for breakfast, coffee or a drink. Everything is as described in their listing. It was easy walking distance to everything - sights, Freo markets, beaches, restaurants and cafes. It was only 10 minutes walk to the train station to head into Perth city. Can definitely recommend to stay here.

We have stayed in this apartment previously and were happy to return. Pippa communicates well. The apartment is clean, comfortable and an easy walk to the beach and amenities. The apartment is brightly lit by natural lighting and modern styling which suits our taste. You can see Cottesloe beach from the balcony and window in the main bedroom. You will need to buy coffee pods for coffee on arrival unless you are happy to have instant coffee which is supplied, however there are many coffee spots just down the road within walking distance. I love the cow artwork over the bed. The apartment very much suits our needs. Overall this is a lovely place to stay and we definitely recommend it.

Fantastic apartment within easy walking distance of all Fremantle has to offer. The apartment is spacious, clean quiet and comfortable with everything we needed for a great stay and a thoughtful treat in the fridge. Most fabulous location off Burns Beach Road. All was clean. Would have been a remarkable house in its day with opulent swag and tail curtains and pelmets. If it’s a modern pristine house you’re after then this might not be for you. Definite modernisation required, but was comfortable for us all the same. We had been told 2 days before arriving that air-con wasn’t working - had to wait 10 days for part for this to be fixed, which was half our holiday time! A partial refund was given from hosts which was accepted. Fans were provided but in circa 35o heat this did not accomplish much cold air! So this was a large disappointment. The Pool pump was struggling and again dated and pool was urgently in need of a good clean. Having two young children with us was a must for pool to be clean! This was dealt with by hosts. The hosts were excellent at sorting our problems out so cannot fault them. Thank you Lucy and team.

The accommodation provided so many zones that we were comfortable staying there with different age groups including a baby

The house was the perfect space for our extended family Easter holiday! The view from the front balcony was beautiful. The house had everything we needed and Shayne was super responsive when we messaged him. Would definitely stay again.

This accommodation was amazing. Everything we needed was available including a well equipped kitchen with sauces, spices and coffee machine, a good sized bedroom with ample cupboard space and spacious bathroom. The surroundings were very private and quiet, with lots of birds visiting the garden too. I would highly recommend if visiting Perth.

We had a wonderful stay at Matt and Carly’s Airbnb in Perth! The home was clean, spacious, and beautifully presented—exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable family trip, including thoughtful touches that made it easy to travel with our 1.5-year-old toddler and 7-year-old daughter. The space was quiet and safe, with a lovely outdoor area the kids enjoyed. The location was convenient for exploring Perth, and we felt very at home during our stay. Communication with Matt and Carly was smooth—they were kind, responsive, and helpful throughout. We really appreciated their hospitality and would happily return or recommend their place to other families visiting Perth. Thank you for a memorable stay!

When we were there, it was a little cool for the use for the pool, it was used, but not as much as it would’ve been in the summer. The outdoor grill is fantastic, we actually only used the sofa and TV on her last night. The indoor outdoor living scenario was worth every penny.

Zeke was a wonderful host. His property was pristine and suited the needs of my family perfectly. I could not fault his communication. It was timely and very helpful. The spa was a godsend after a big weekend of sport for my family. I wanted to write a great review but I also don't want to because I want to be able to come back here again and don't want it booked out!!!

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

I enjoyed the view over the boat harbour and the accommodation was in a good walking distance to town. I hope I can comeback one day for another holiday.

this is a great little spot and amenities. close to train station and a couple of cool little cafes. 10 minute stroll to Port beach...the place is neat and tidy with awesome views at night! cheers

Bright, clean and airy. Jen’s place was a little oasis within walking distance to cafes, shops and Fremantle tourist sights. The cleanliness and well resourced apartment made the stay comfortable and was much appreciated. It would be particularly good for long term stays. Excellent communication, parking was a bonus. Definitely recommend.

Shey provided high quality amenities. We appreciated the food left out for us and also the coffee capsules! The size of the studio, thou compact had all that you need for a comfortable stay. Shey also provided clear instructions on the drop off so that we can access the lift with all our luggages. The only downside is that the building is a little old but the interior is modern and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Shey also provided us with softer pillows the next morning after we feedback that the pillows were too hard. Overall, we had a really great stay for my family.

Quite possibly the most well-stocked airbnb I've ever stayed in. The place provided bread, spreads, instant noodles and even milk. Parking was easily accessible as well.

Great location - across the road from North Cottesloe beach and a short walk to Cottesloe main beach. We stayed there for the Rottnest Channel swim and it was really convenient. Very comfortable apartment and Kaye was super-helpful in accommodating our booking dates and allowing earlier check-in timing.

Plenty of room for our family of four to stay comfortably. The space is clean and quiet with greenery outside to relax in. Location is also great being near Fremantle and other necessary amenities. Washing machine can run a bit too loud but that’s about it.
