Guest Suite with Private Entrance

My wife Justine and I are pleased to host this guest suite with private secure entrance and private bathroom. We do live in the main part of the house full time so you may hear us rattling around from time to time and coming and going or working in the yard but most of our time is spent at the opposite end of the house. The room is completely private and inaccessible from the main house. The screened in porch is shared with the main house. We do not currently have WiFi access in the Airbnb.

Proudly offering an in-ground pool, air-conditioned pool house with changing room, 3 season entertainment space, fire pit and deck spaces. The Pool is opened May 1st-October 1st. Walking distance to Downtown Milton's shops, restaurants, and -of course- Dogfish Head Brewery. Just a short drive to the Delaware Beaches. Newly renovated Pool House in 2024.

Located only 1 1/2 block from the beach. Bird watchers paradise. Home on dead end street with very little to zero traffic. Located next to Prime hook National Wildlife Refuge. The extra person charge is for adults only exceeding 4 guest.
