Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Milpa Alta

We loved spending a week at Vicente's place! It was a short walk to the main square and bustling areas of Coyoacán, but far enough away to be a quiet and calm area. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for 4 of us (the top bedroom gets too warm to sleep in if the weather is hot; we ended up all sleeping in the lower two bedrooms which worked out fine!) Vicente and Beatriz were very accommodating and flexible during our time there. We would highly recommend staying in Coyoacán and appreciating all it has to offer!

Elisa had everything we needed in her cozy apartment to make our stay a good one. Fully equipped kitchen with the added benefit of plenty of filtered water. Good towels and enough of them. Great location very close to the center of Coyoacan. Very walkable. Beds are super comfortable. Elisa is very accessible and responsive via messaging. Two things to note for those who are sensitive: the front bedroom can be noisy, with traffic and pedestrians. But with white noise I had a very good sleep. Back bedroom and bathroom smelt somewhat of damp. Very typical for older houses in Coyoacan. Person who stayed there didn't mind it at all. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Location, location, location!!! I specifically chose to stay in Coyoacán because I was in town for Frida Kahlo. I wanted to be as close as possible to her Blue House Museum, her park, the huge market, plenty of vegan restaurants and bakeries (since I was also celebrating my birthday) as well as several of the other museums all within 10 minutes walking in any direction. I was very happy with how residential and quiet the neighborhood is. If you go during the rainy season (there was light rain and wonderful thunder each evening typically between 5p-7p) expect the electricity to go out. I really enjoyed the decor in the apartment because it made me happy to see all of the colors as well as traditional Mexican art, a beautiful Alebrijes peacock as well as the framed photographs on the walls. Made it very authentic. Everything one could possibly need was available. Loved enjoying my tea every morning on the balcony with such gorgeous bougainvillea flowers. You won’t be disappointed!

An excellent apartment and location. The only thing is that some water came out of the freezer! Everything excellent!!!

Tranquility Manor is an amazing place, we felt right at home, Rogelia Yazmín Delfina and Rafa made us feel as if they had known us forever, we ate delicious food and made great memories here. You can tell everything was chosen with great care, from the delicious smell of the shampoo to each piece of furniture. We couldn't have chosen a better place to spend the Easter week vacation, we will definitely be happy knowing You can feel a family atmosphere full of beautiful memories, a lot of love and a lot of affection, it is undoubtedly one of the best airbnbs we have stayed in. Andrea is a great host!

My son and I had a wonderful stay at Randy’s place! The house was clean and very spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living/dining area, and comfortable beds. We had all the space we needed, and more—it could easily comfortably accommodate 4-6 people. The neighborhood felt safe and was reasonably quiet for a big city. There is a large supermarket and a pharmacy just a couple of blocks away, and the center of Coyoacán is an easy 20 minute walk through peaceful tree-lined streets flanked on either side by beautiful homes. Randy and his father-in-law, Pablo, were kind, warm, welcoming, and responsive hosts, very attentive to our needs, and provided some thoughtful tips for local restaurants to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

We would definitely return, the place is quiet, the houses have excellent space and impeccable cleanliness. Ale was always attentive and aware of our needs. We had an amazing time, I 100% recommend the place.

This is my all time favorite stay ever! We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for 4 days and we miss it already. The home is located in a famous alleyway but was very peaceful and secluded. Many shops, restaurants, and cafes in the surrounding area, most of which are walking distance. The location was perfect as it was very close to a mega grocery store and near a beautiful town square. The home itself had absolutely everything needed and the most spacious bedroom ever! We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out in the living room and the patios. Perfect getaway!!

This place is walking distance to many nice restaurants and stores. The home is quite, clean and I felt very secure. Rafael was always responsive and kind when we had questions. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you

The house is wonderful, just as shown in the photos and description. It has its details but nothing that damages the stay. Alejandro was flexible with the check-out time and we thank him a lot. They were attentive to any situation. Due to the rain, we had a problem with the electricity, but it came and went in general in the area (it was like that for an hour). I recommend bringing a flashlight because it is really total darkness. The pool was perfect even though it was cloudy. It has all the appliances and utensils you need for cooking. They helped us to buy and take them to the house. The easiest way to get there is by Av. Revolución and from there go up Camino a Meztitla... otherwise it is more by dirt road. I would definitely like to come back.

A great location near UNAM and the stadium. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. 24 hour security/Concierge at door. Large apartment although second bed is a single. This is an urban location, bring ear plugs for sleep which I always carry and you will enjoy. Nice kitchen and bathroom.

A fantastic place right in the middle of Insurgentes, with lots of great places for coffee and food, and super close to a Metro Bus station. The view from 11th floor is gorgeous. The apartment overall is great and in perfect condition, and a nice cherry on top is incredibly tall ceiling, making it feel extremely spacious. The check-in process was as simple as it can be, and the building security is very friendly and helpful. The building is also very easy to locate by Uber/DiDi drivers.

We stayed for a medical emergency, and we were able to do it the same day we booked. We always got quick and friendly responses to certain requests. The complex has very clear rules, which makes living together easier in general. Despite being a building with many apartments, we used the pool without any problems. Having the shopping mall across the street makes things much easier. It's a ten out of ten.

It is located in a very quiet area, ideal for resting, and the space is comfortable, clean and perfect for accommodating three people or even four. In addition, the location is very convenient, since there are shops and services nearby. I especially note the attention of the host, who was very kind and was attentive to us at all times. I would definitely stay here again.

Lucy’s place is really beautiful and is mostly quiet. It’s in a large complex with other apartments so the walls are a little thin but everyone went to bed at a respectful hour. The security guards were very kind and helpful and it’s a good element to have 24/7 security. The shower didn’t have any soap - just shampoo and conditioner but those were very nice products. I only stayed for one night and Lucy was very accommodating and friendly with a late booking. I think this apartment would be must worth it for more than one night (as many are likely) because of the costs associated with cleaning. Overall I really enjoyed my experience and would stay again.
