10 miles to Baxter State Park!

Enjoy this 2 bedroom, with queen beds, 3 tvs, wifi and a washer and dryer. Arrive with your ATV or snowmobile and leave from here without ever having to trailer anywhere. If you are in the area to visit Baxter State Park we are a short drive to the park entrance. Explore the remote woods and come back to all the amenities you will need with a fully stocked kitchen and all full size appliances. If your pet is traveling with we we have a fully fenced in back lawn with a patio set.

PLEASE READ ALL THE DETAILS OF OUR LISTING. 3rd floor, converted attic "Penthouse" apartment is steps away from Downtown Millinocket and all your outside adventures: fishing, snowmobiling, skiing, white water rafting, biking, etc. Close access to snowmobile trails, 2 minute walk to downtown/Marathon, close to Katahdin and Baxter State Park. Can't promise you will see a rainbow out our window, but on a clear day, when the leaves have fallen off the trees, you can see Katahdin!

Near Downtown Apartment

Two bedroom second floor apartment! Chalkboard wall, (with art and signatures from guests all over the world since 2018 dont forget to sign the wall) two tv’s (master bedroom and LR) with Netflix, Hulu, + access, and high speed internet! Owner occupied building. Street next to downtown, hiking trails, and snowmobile trails! We are not near a lake, no idea why airbnb did that and can not change it. We are near a river that many take kayaks and canoes out onto.

Windy Point Cottage on Ambajejus Lake

Windy Point Cottage is a full amenity waterfront cottage. Located on Ambajejus Lake, we are only 8 miles outside of Millinocket and about 15 to Baxter State Park. Enjoy the use of our beach and kayaks and then relax on the wrap around deck and watch our amazing sunsets. We also have a fire pit/wood for those nights of sitting around a fire telling stories and creating memories. A gas grill and picnic table are also on premises as well as a screened gazebo.

It is just steps from the water with beautiful panoramic views of the lake from inside and outside the cabin. From the dock you there is a scenic view of the majestic Mt. Katahdin. All new handmade Amish furniture and beautiful decor will make your stay at Ambajejus Lake a special memory.
