IMPORTANT NOTE: please book your reservation for the actual number of guests who will be utilizing the space. IMPROVEMENT NOTE: entire unit renovated, with new flooring, new bedding, many new items of furniture, new bathroom vanities, new counter tops in kitchen, larger TV in living room, and generally refreshed spaces.

Sarah's Cottage in the heart of Millen

On 2/28/23, the renovations on the 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage were completed. All rooms have been updated to add style and comfort. The home has refinished original hardwood floors in the bedrooms, and family room. The bathroom, hallway, kitchen and dining room has newly installed LVP flooring. The kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, cups, glasses, pots, pans, mixing bowls, serving dishes, keurig, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker.

Stay in our fully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath cottage in downtown Millen! With two king bedrooms, a room with twin beds, and a sleeper sofa, it's perfect for families or groups. The open floor plan includes a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area, plus a washer/dryer for convenience. Just minutes from popular wedding venues Quinney Oaks and The Venue at 21 East, it's an ideal retreat with all the comforts of home in a peaceful setting.

2 BD cabin w/ nice breakfast and lake access

Our 2 BD cabin has all the comforts of home in a beautiful setting complete with three cable tv's, wi-fi, kitchen, private bathroom, and a living space. Enjoy fishing, swimming, paddle boats/kayaks (available to rent for a small fee), and recreation on site, or explore Savannah and Statesboro or other nearby towns. Our proximity to i-16 makes it convenient to get anywhere you want to be.

The Cottage House - Family Friendly, Close to GSU!

Spacious updated home in a quiet area less than one mile from the GSU campus. This home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two king bedrooms with private baths, one queen bedroom and two twin sleeper chairs. Plush towels and quality linens. High Speed Internet and smart TV's in each bedroom. Fully furnished kitchen, grill and patio that can be used while you're in town visiting. No pets.

Recently remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage in Millen's quaint historic district. In walking distance of restaurants, churches, and shopping. Quick and easy access to Augusta (50 miles) and Statesboro (30 miles).
