The 40 m² apartment is located in a quiet small pedestrian street near Place Foch. The accommodation is on the first floor. It includes a kitchen and lounge area with sofa, a bathroom (shower and WC) a bedroom with a double bed. The entrance is independent. Shared places: we live next door but make available during the stay the small courtyard with garden table and chairs, as well as a laundry room with washing machine and for bicycles or other.

In the living room, you will find a sofa convertible into a 140*190 cm bed, with an 18 cm thick mattress, for your comfort.

Nice 40 m² apartment at the bottom of our old house with a bedroom (1 bed 140), a bathroom with toilet, a large living room (1 sofa bed) with a recent open kitchen and all the necessary amenities. A small private terrace is reserved for rent with a table and 4 green garden chairs as well as views of the Pouncho d'Agast mountain of Millau. Our terrace with plancha and jacuzzi can be made available on request in summer.
