It is on the ground floor (although there are 9 steps to access the building), and shares a garden and pool with the other two apartments, Adalberti and Caeruleus. It has a large living room-kitchen with all the amenities, 50-inch Smart TV, sofa bed with two seats, electric fireplace... In addition, it has a beautiful room that includes a comfortable "King Size" bed and is connected to a spectacular terrace that connects the two rooms, ideal for enjoying the outdoors in a large independent space and exclusive use with views of the pool, the stream of the houses and great views of the village. The concina is fully equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher..., and everything you need to enjoy with every luxury of detail.
