Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

Lakefront - The Coastal Cottage Getaway

Enjoy the sounds of nature at this peaceful, lakefront refuge. Gorgeous sunsets, rolling hills and abundant wildlife will leave you feeling rested and refreshed. We have a canoe, paddleboat, kayaks, corn hole, & a 122’ fishing pier. Coffee, tea & bathroom vanity kits are provided. There is a clubhouse & 4 other cabins available for rent on the property if you are looking for a special occasion destination at The Chrestos. The home is fully stocked so all you need is clothing and food.
