Vacation rentals with a patio in Milatos Beach

The descriptions, instructions and recommendations for restaurants by Jean René fit wonderfully. It is a brand new, modern house with very good, new amenities. It was all very clean and nice. Beautiful bright rooms, a beautiful pool right by the house, a great roof terrace! Thanks to the air conditioning in every room, hot days and nights can also be spent there. We were there in June, the beach was still very empty, but all the shops and restaurants were already open. And - I stopped it - it's only a 1-minute walk to the beach!

Everything has already been said, it's just amazing. Popi lives Greek hospitality. There were drinks and vegetables in the fridge. You could help yourself in their beautiful garden. The highlight was the great food. We had fresh fish and many different vegetarian things. Simply delicious. Unfortunately, it was only 4 days but they were great. We would come back anytime. Our stay at the apartment was great! There are many parking spaces available just outside the apartment and you can easily walk to the city center. The airport was also just a 10min drive away. The apartment had everything you needed and it was very clean. We were warmly welcomed with drinks and Raki and felt immediately at home! Thank you for your great hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay, Angelika is a great host, super friendly, warm and helpful. The place was clean and had everything we needed. You might need a car to discover the area, but there‘s also a little beach and a very good restaurant in walking distance. :) I‘d definitely come back!

Antonia’s apartment was so lovely & we had the best holiday. The view of the sea is beautiful & we were in walking distance of everything which was great! It was also easy to get the bus to other areas in Crete, and a cheaper alternative to renting a car! The pools are really close by too, which were lovely and had a choice of 4 pools to sit by. When we arrived, Caterina greeted us for check in, sent some fab suggestions for restaurants and attractions, and kept in communication with us throughout our stay whenever we had questions, very lovely and super helpful! Antonia is a really lovely host - quick responses, very friendly, and has a beautiful, clean and spacious apartment - exactly like the pictures! Thank you for being a fabulous host.

We had a wonderful stay is this beautiful apartment. Eva is so kind, she left a really generous welcome package and even met us for a drink. Everything you need is supplied. The view is fabulous. Everything, bars, shops, restaurants etc. are within easy strolling distance and the beach is just a stones throw away. We will definitely be coming back

We had a great stay at this apartment near Heraklion. It was very clean, quiet, and perfectly located—just a short walk to the intercity bus station for day trips to places like Malia, Hersonissos, Agios Nikolaos, Rethymno, and Chania. The local bus station is also nearby, with easy access to beaches and Knossos Palace. The owner was very welcoming and left us local raki and fresh fruit on arrival. Highly recommended!

Maria is an excellent host and we had a lovely few days in Plaka. The apartment was immaculate with a beautiful view of the sea and Spinalonga. We very much appreciated all the delicious treats and wine left for us - a lovely touch! It is a 10 to 15 minute walk down the hill to the lovely pebble beach and pretty town of Plaka. We highly recommend a stay here.

We had a very nice time with Anna and Leandros. Very quiet and very comfortable. It’s a very short walk to the beach, very close to several nice restaurants, and also close to the town. Anna and Leandros are also super communicative and kind. Would definitely recommend.

My stay at the beach house in Pachia Ammos felt like stepping into a quiet dream. The house was just as shown in the pictures — and somehow even more beautiful, embraced by the serene rhythm of the sea and the gentle charm of a peaceful neighborhood. Each morning, I woke to the whisper of waves and a view so breathtaking it felt like time stood still. The warmth of the locals made the experience even richer, and our host Marilou was the soul of it all — gracious, generous, and sincerely kind. I left a part of my heart by the shore, and I know I’ll return someday

The place was great just a few metres from the beach and within walking distance from everything. It was clean, tidy and well furnished and equipped. The only drawback of this location is that it is not always easy to find parking nearby. This is not an issue for couples but for a family with 2-3 little ones it might mean a great deal of carrying from and to the car.

An absolutely perfect stay! The villa was beautiful, very stylishly decorated and immaculately clean. Everything was really thought of: coffee, tea, sugar, spices, two coffee machines, tea maker, microwave, oven, stove, large fridge, freezer with ice cubes and complete kitchen equipment – absolutely nothing was missing. The pool was sparkling clean🏊, the barbecue station perfectly equipped🔥. Especially the fantastic view of the sea 🌊 was a real highlight and ensured relaxing moments. Also air conditioning in every room❄️, modern TV 📺 and stable, fast Internet – everything worked smoothly. We felt completely comfortable, didn't have to worry about anything and could just enjoy the time😌. The host prepared everything with a lot of love for detail – from the amenities to the cleanliness. We are very grateful for this wonderful experience and will definitely come back! Absolute recommendation – 10 out of 10! 🌟

For the second time, we enjoyed this beautiful house. It was a feeling of coming home. Even when we were in need of health care, we were well cared for and received great help. We highly recommend this house, it is really great and we slept so well, as we haven't. We will definitely be happy to come back...

I stayed for a month and the apartment has everything you need for a stay in the city. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the town centre, with bus stops (which takes you too and from the airport easily), shops, cafes and plenty of places to eat all close by. I felt very safe walking to the apartment alone on an evening. Despite being to close to the centre, the location of the apartment is quiet and there is no noise from traffic or nightlife. The apartment has two bedrooms which are light and have plenty of space, and the beds are also very comfortable. The balcony is great for drying your clothes and for sitting and enjoying the sun. The apartment would be very comfortable and enough room for 4 people staying here. Hosts are very responsive and have addressed any small issues that have arisen.

We loved this home. The huge terrace and view are so amazing. We spent lots of time on the nice patio furniture outside enjoying it. We also loved the pool. You can walk to a few spots in the area for dinner and we really enjoyed the patio bar at the hotel next door. Fun spot. Across the street was Pegasus Dive and boat rental. It was so nice to walk there and rent a small boat to see the town from the water. The town is really nice and the perfect size place to explore. We spent a week here and another week in Chania area. Thanks for sharing your home. I would highly recommend it

This is such a great place to stay in AN. Eleftheria met us on arrival and made us feel like family. Their property is pristine and with great lounge, kitchen and dining overlooking the marina. In 5 mins walk you are wherever you want to get to in the local area. There is a sheltered beach within walking distance. A gorgeous town and well appointed place to stay. Absolutely recommend

A very good room in a quiet spot at the edge of Hersonissos, clean and equipped for every need. The various little touches make it stand out. Checking in and out is easy and convenient. Our Vangelis was there for every service, kind and pleasant. The treats made us feel welcome and started our stay pleasantly. We would book this room again and recommend it.

I'm joining all the previous comments: the apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable in all aspects (good bedding, big shower, enough equipment in the kitchen, good WiFi, etc ), and Nikos' parents were lovely people who made me feel.welcome. The apartment is very central, and super close to a very nice little beach. It can be a bit noisy during the day because you're in the city center, with narrow and steep streets, but at night it was dead quiet. Parking can be challenging for the same reasons, but I've always found a spot eventually.

Beautiful spacious apartment with great modern design and with a unique sea view from the balcony (sea only about 20 meters away). Everything you need. The landlord is extremely friendly and always available. We felt very comfortable. There are lots of good restaurants in the area, all within walking distance. The free parking by the sea was also perfect. From there, you only need 5 minutes to the apartment. The beautiful bar near the bedrooms was always well attended and accordingly it was loud there until late at night. It's a matter of taste, but the beds were too hard for us. Otherwise, absolutely recommended! We felt very comfortable and always had a cozy breakfast on the balcony.

Great apartment, very central within an easy walk to Ag Nik port and attractions. Free bus also stops outside. Huge balcony with a seaview and great air con. well equipped kitchen and plenty of things in the fridge left by the host who lives upstairs and is very friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely time staying here.

A beautiful apartment with a nice terrace located close to the main bus station of Heraklion, ideal for strolling around the island. Located in the center, excellent restaurants are available just a stone's throw away. The host was very accommodating which did not fail to improve our stay in Crete.
