It offers ease of transportation with its staircase-free, independent entrance and convenience of use in the center with its large courtyard. We are ideally located for a stay in the center of Milas. You can visit Baltalı Kapı, Uzunyuva, Gümüşkesen with short walks. Easy access to public transportation We are an animal friendly family. Our dog Kara is just as cute as our cats.

It is on a site with the safe and secure area. Parking also available on the site. Main road 3min walk, and it has a bus station on it. Swimming pool 10 min walk, Bodrum city center is 2.2 km, Gumbet beach is 20 minutes walk, Oasis shopping center is 100m away. There is a s.market to cover your basic needs 10m of the apartment. We are located in Bitez and we are only 3 minutes walk away from Bitez sea side ( 150mt). You can find many sport activities, boat trip rentals, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops in Bitez. We have strong wifi which helps home office working guests a lot. The apartment has two bedrooms, living room, open kitchen, bathroom and a large balcony with a nice view. The kitchen is fully equipped, you can ask for kitchenware set free from the reception.
