Pistes du Soleil A2, Apartment with large terrace,

This 4 star rated apartment occupies almost the whole of the ground floor of building A in the prestigious Pistes du Soleil building in the Chinaillon village, area of the Grand Bornand resort. It has the benefit of a large south facing terrace protected by well established hedge that looks out across to the slopes. The slopes are located accross from the apt with the Chatelet and Floria chairlifts a mere 200m away. It has under-floor heating and extra convector heaters in every room. The accommodation of 100m², comprises of 4 bedrooms, 3 with twin beds and last one with a set of bunks plus a 1 single bed. There are 2 oversized shower rooms and 1 bathroom that has a washing machine and dryer as well as 3 toilets. There is a large open plan room with sitting room, dining room and kitchen all beautifully equipped and furnished with comfortable sofas and quality furniture. The dining table extends to seat up to 16 people and there is ample crockery, cutlery and glasses. The kitchen has a full oven, hobs, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, and a microwave oven together with a selection of other appliances. A washing machine and tumble dryer is provided in laundry area tucked away behind a cupboard. There is a TV/DVD which receives British programmes, a CD player and broadband Internet access (wifi). There is garden furniture on the terrace and you will be able to eat outside even during the winter . The rental rate includes the full provision of bedlinen and towels (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc) and beds will be made up on your arrival! A light clean is also included at the end of your stay however we do expect the property to be left clear and tidy to avoid any surprises (beds stripped, rubbish removed, dishwasher emptied, bathrooms and kitchen left clears etc)! These are to make your holidays that much more relaxing. Cots (no linen) and high chairs are available on request. The change-over day is Sunday. Our Studio of 25sqm is in a great location, walking distance to Ferney Poterie bus stop (60,61 and 66) with direct access to the Geneva airport (10min.), Geneva center (Cornavin, 30min), the ILO, WHO and UN (20min). 10 min drive to CERN, the lake and the Versoix forest. Supermarkets and cinemas in front of the residence. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, microwave, bed (2 pers.), bathtub, washing machine (drying machine at the residence). A common garden is also available.

Beautiful duplex studio in Le Calme and Pretty Mountain View Sunny apartment, one duplex bedroom, kitchen ,sitting area, bathroom with shower and balcony. Located close to many amenities (food shops, restaurants, bistro) The location will make it easy for you to reach the roads and also walk to the lake. In 15 minutes you will enjoy the shores of the lake. A free underground parking lot nearby. Line 1, 2 of the buses takes you 7 minutes from the center of the center.
