Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'appartement est très bien situé. Nous recommandons. Facile d'accès, le parking est à moins de 10 mètres. Jean-Marc est toujours disponible pour toutes vos questions. Accès direct au Lac, pas besoin de prendre la voiture. L'appartement est parfait pour 2 personnes. L'appartement est en adéquation avec l'annonce.

Logement impeccable ! Rien à redire, tout était très propre et bien rangé. La localisation est parfaite et l'environnement est très calme : parfait pour se reposer. Hôtes très sympathiques, je recommande les yeux fermés 😊

Benoît a été plus que PARFAIT, réactif, instructions claires. J'ai pu arriver en totale autonomie, sans contrainte d'heure d'arrivée. Bref rien à signaler. Tout est à disposition sinon en terme de matos dans le studio. Il y a même pleins d'informations pour pouvoir visiter le coin. Ce que j'ai apprécié finalement dans toute mon expérience, c'est que j'ai pu faire ce que je voulais pour arriver et quitter les lieux, tout se fait en autonomie :) Un grand merci à toi Benoît pour ta disponibilité et ta réactivité ! Cricri and Mina are great host. The communication had been very smooth. The place is clean and convenient. It overlooks the lake from balcony and is also close to a lot of restaurants. We were allowed to check in early which we really appreciated. The carpark is actually quite easy to access and has a lot of spaces. Nyon is a nice small town itself and the people here are definitely more friendly to the tourists than other areas of Switzerland. We may come back again. Thanks again to Criric and Mina for allowing us to stay at your place!

Roberto was such an amazing host although he wasn’t able to greet us personally his lovely sweet mother helped us instead. She greeted me by the door and welcomed me warmly into the apartment and showed me everything I will need for the stay. The place is such a beautiful apartment and so modern. Roberto was super proactive and messaged to make sure we were fine and welcomed any messages if we needed help. The apartment itself is super clean, has all the amenities needed to have a comfortable stay and is beautifully decorated. Thank you once again we will definitely stay there again if we get the chance to come back that way.

A beautiful and peaceful place in a charming small French town - well worth the stay! It’s an easy drive from Geneva airport; we hired a car and enjoyed day trips to Chamonix and Annecy. There’s a lovely hiking area just steps from the Airbnb, and the surroundings are stunning. No air conditioning, and we happened to visit during a heat wave, but it wouldn’t stop us from coming back.

Petite maison agréable avec une très belle vue sur le lac. L'endroit est calme et reposant. La déco est minimaliste, un peu froide. L'ensemble est propre, il faut juste balayer un peu la poussière sur le sol du RDC en s'installant. Mon mari, mon fils de 22 ans et moi avons passé un très bon séjour reposant de 4 jours. Maria et Jean Marc sont des personnes accueillantes, très sympathiques et discrètes qui vous fait tout de suite vous sentir comme chez vous . La petite maison est très confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour et de plus le quartier est très calme. Ce fut un vrai plaisir pour moi d'y avoir séjourné.

Cyril a effectué un beau travail pour nous proposer ce magnifique chalet! Un chalet de standing haut de gamme. Ça fait plaisir de voir de beau projet comme le sien dans la région. Il a obtenu le label Éco gite! Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce beau chalet très bien équipé, décoré et aménagé. Nous avons hâte de revenir séjourner dans ce chalet. The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Great place and location, attentive and responsive host. I would definitely get back although the music coming from the club located in the basement of the building could be annoying at night.

Srdjan est réactif, réponse accompagné d'un petit message gentil, logement impeccable et aménagé avec goût. Je n'hésiterai pas à relouer le logement de Srdjan qui est un excellent hôte.

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Great location with easy walking to restaurants, waterfront, museums, and less than 10 min walk to the train station. We used Nyon as our launching point for day trips to both the north and the south and it was perfect. We also took the ferry (2 minute walk from the unit) to Vyoire. There is a public parking garage 3 min walk from the unit as well. A little expensive but very convenient. We cooked in the kitchen several days. The kitchen is well supplied with pots/pans/etc but plan to bring/buy most cooking staples (like olive oil, seasoning, etc) If there was 1 negative, I would say, since there is a bar nearby, 1 night during a football match the bar patrons were very loud and we could even hear them in the unit. Not terrible but noticeable. Also, the toilet paper issue reviewed by a previous tenant and been completely addressed as the closet probably had 20 rolls stored in it! Would stay here again.
