The Guest House is a primitive cottage and resides on 400 acres outside of Barnesville, Georgia. Bunn Ranch is a working cattle and sheep farm. This space is a two story primitive cottage with primitive artwork and a claw foot tub. Sit in your choice of antique rockers that have been collected over the years. The floors and stairs were salvaged from an old home that was here on the farm. Surrounded by rolling hills and close to town, come enjoy some time for YOU! We will consider STR students.

The 1811 Cottage is as unique as the 120 acre farm it sits on with it's wide heart pine plank walls, ceilings, floors, and the duel fireplaces. This historic settler's home features a living room, master bedroom on the main floor, and a huge sleeping loft, making it comfortable and cozy for one to six guests. Modern additions include a large bathroom with claw foot tub and shower and a nicely equipped, yet tiny kitchenette. The front porch is a great spot for that early morning cup of coffee!

Extra towels and central heat and air. The cottage and property are often described as peaceful, country charm and nature's beauty. The front porch with a view of main house, built in 1873 which we restored, pastures, horse grazing, sun rise, or sun set is a favorite of guests. Welcome!

We're one mile from downtown Irwinton's gas station, local diner, small local market, and Dollar General. Dublin, Macon, Milledgeville, I-75 and I-16 are all about a 30 minute easy drive with little traffic.

We booked this after our usual place canceled on us two months before our daughter’s graduation. So we were panicking to find a place that was available graduation weekend on such short notice. This house met all of our needs. Although it poured all weekend long, it was a nice little place on the lake.

I appreciated the safe place. it was unique and cute and comfy and perfect for a single person but it is right next to another unit and you can hear a pin drop. but for the most part I don't mind because I stay to myself . the host was kind and accommodated me staying longer. thank you

The camper was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a restful stay. Kirbie was an exceptional host—responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful throughout our visit. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!
