Hello! Our home is an 1890 Victorian mansion that I purchased and lovingly renovated with a small team of local craftspeople. This space is a 1 bed, 1 bath with much of its original character preserved! Located in the heart of bustling Midtown just one block from 20+ bars and restaurants, DMC, Shinola and way more! The space is designed with leisure stays in mind but also capable of accommodating business travelers comfortably. Just opened in 2023, Coffee + Cocktails downstairs! Open: 8AM-11PM!

This spacious, airy, two-bedroom, two full bath apartment is perfect for families or friends. This ideal location is within walking distance of WSU, the Q line, many popular restaurants and bars, and near LCA, Ford Field and Comerica Park. Free parking, a well-equipped kitchen and a private balcony add to the appeal. Please note A/C is window units only, this is a third floor walk up unit, and if you book for a fifth person, they will be sleeping on a blowup mattress in the living room.

One block east of the new Qline that can take you from downtown to new center. Enjoy the beautiful view of the city skyline outside every window. This wonderful 1 bedroom unit is located just minutes from Wayne State University and all the amazing events, activities, restaurants and bars that the City of Detroit has to offer! You will be within about 2 miles from the best that Detroit has to offer. We can accommodate up to 2 guests comfortably, making it the perfect rental for a quick getaway to the city! There is direct access to the back deck and fire pit in the (shared) fenced back yard for enjoying a relaxing evening.

Downtown Detroit Getaway

With CITY VIEWS enjoy easy access to all VENUES and GAMES this Historically Vintage building is more than 90 years old. My apartment is located on the 6 floor with a gated elevator which sometimes does not work so if you can not walk to the sixth floor, this might not be for you. with only a block walk to little Caesars Areana and free parking. This is a diamond in the rough. Once in my Apt it’s cozy with all the comforts of home. I encourage week stays . Enjoy the Views!!
